Absolutely begging you to dig into LL Bean. Their old stuff is still selling strong, their new stuff is still high quality at extremely reasonable prices, and they opened new brick and mortar stores this year. Their business model seems to be created to cater toward and reward real people (customers and employees) rather than make shareholders richer. I would ❤❤❤ a deep dive, your content is so good!
This channel is gonna blow up. Doubt that I’m in your target demographics and it’s showing up all over my recommended videos. You’re knowledgeable, hardworking, clearly passionate about this stuff and quite creative.
The amount of effort you put into these videos is incredible and I appreciate the hard work you go through to put these out. I cannot wait for the massive amount of success to follow here soon.
I am in love with the early 00's A&F with big logos haha. It looks so good imo. I know you were gagging at the big moose and logos, but I still wear mine from back in the day.
Wow what a cool video. Was definitely not expecting a deep dive into A&F. Pretty interesting / hilarious history here. I have memories of that mid-late 2000s era A&F, horrible but classic for that time lol! The stuff prior to that era all seems pretty cool though, not tacky and good quality.
I think the reason why my generation (gen z) likes the 2003-2014 era the most is because the y2k trends of course, but also to buy into the Abercrombie lifestyle of the 2000's under Jeffries vision.
Another great video! I've specifically been into the vintage tee shirt market for awhile now and some of those edgy early 2000's late 90's graphic tees go for big bucks; didn't know much about the rest of their eras though. Thanks for the extensive dive!
Crazy. What was the downfall of A&F is the only reason it was awesome. Once you say “diversity and inclusion” you’ve lost any real people. Sucks because I love vintage clothes from A&F and seek them out as a GenX. And I don’t mean frat-boy appearance, I love the old JCrew, Abercrombie and Ralph Lauren from mid90’s

Was going to comment this as well, old LL Bean is legendary.
I agree completely, been loving vintage LL Bean for a while!
We’ve missed you! Please never leave
Do Eddie Baeur or LL Bean Next❤️

I appreciate that!
Would Woolrich be a good company to do one of these on?

This approach to your content is so much more entertaining and natural, love it.
Where can I find that timeline photo

Glad you enjoyed! And yes, horrible but classic for the time is an apt description.
Interesting you were around in 2060-2090s
I started collecting A&F definitely a couple cool items from this brand great video
Just subbed. Loving the content! Please keep sharing your knowledge of history of these brands - thank you!

Have just come across this channel and am loving the content. Expecting subscriptions to rocket up once more people catch on! Keep up the good work 👍!
Much appreciated!

Love the channel! A Nike buyers guide would be awesome
Bro you’re awesome
LLBean or Jcrew would be awesome to see you cover
You got a new subscriber and that's me! Are you into vintage Levi's as well?
This would be a great video, Im obsessed with vintage Levis.
Not super into it, but know it is a huge thing. Might explore!
That shirt reminds me of the 90s.
I've never been so excited to click on a video
The current reinvention is surprisingly solid design wise, especially if you're mostly used to the 00s nadir.
It's all kind of boring now in my opinion. It was gaudy in it's prime Y2K McBling Era but at least it was interesting. Great Vid!
I miss the Jean quality can’t anything like that more kilbron best firing Jean ever imo
lol good job on this
JCREW!
Modern A&F is essentially just fast fashion. No better or worse than H&M, Zara etc.
It's definitely nothing special
Please put me on to your denim button up🙏
Vintage Banana Republic (and it's corduroy!)
Ugh, the stuff from 2017+ is HORRIBLE. And yet that is what jumped the stock up? Lol. No thanks
