I've watched this countless times to see how technically sound TPA had to be and still are to beat the favorites coming into the tournament, Moscow 5. Moscow 5 is an incredibly talented team, and watching my TPA team show up for such a thrilling match up was all a LoL fan could ask for.
M5 brought back their IEM Kiev type team comp, however they played it completely differently. In IEM Kiev Shyvana had exhaust rather than Flash and was constantly counter jungling along with the support(usually the same Nunu back than) and oftentimes top+mid too. Here they relied too much on Kog'Maw's late game power and played too passively early on, letting TPA push them around and slowly but surely increase their gold advantage until it was simply too much for M5 to handle.
This must be the best i have seen TPA played before. M5 is imo still the best team in the world, but in this game a little focus on tower rush changed that tide. They did all play so well combined. Aniva and Nidalee played really good, and Ez had so much control before any potential initiations. M5 lacked some really heavy artillery to remove TPA's offensive turrent hunt. Well played TPA. Game 2 against M5 was good, but only because of the good start. This game had FB at 15 min.
during one of the games vs. TSM during a pause for some technical issues i believe, Woong looked back and the big screen behind them w/ no fog of war to see where the other team was. Riot determined his team did gain an advantage from it and Azubu was fined $30,000.
Think of it like any sport: The lower the level you play, the more goals/points there are going to be because people make so many mistakes compared to professionals. That's why you'll see like 70-0 in high school football games, but a 35-0 game in the NFL is an absolute blowout.
M5 doesn't suck, they are still one of the best teams in LoL right now. Granted, I didn't want M5 to win a single game, you still should be respectful to all the teams regardless of who you want to win.

after I seen all the top Asian teams played so well, and all the so call "uber" american favored team got driven out. it really opens up my eyes again about this game. the depth of tactical planning and the amount of practice in Asian truly speak for themselves. if any of the US based would like place top on the next season, its time to go back to the drawing board. and dat nidalee..... speechless...
Yorick does control the clone. I never said the clone was invincible. But, if Kog wasn't going to die, you're fine to let the clone die, if it meant doing major damage.
Lee Sin and Evelynn was banned, and they lost because they didn't know to counter the lane preassure. M5 lost because of the turrets getting down so quick in early game giving huge money advantage.

But Taipei Assassins... that's just not real. the team coordination, every single build / counterbuild studied, every single team fight, every single push... He can avoid nidas spears better, but with early mana item and some pots he could dominate her so hard... 3 gould on her always she tries to kite him. So maybe someone answers, is he just bad, or isnt yorick a counter for nida? He should heal aways, always she comes with her cougar he could fight her and win the trade with the 3 gouls... Its kinda weird
First off, most Taiwanese people consider themselves to be Taiwanese. Second off, the fact that PRC considers Taiwan part of their territory is just a formality. Your government, and the governments of much of the rest of the world, acknowledges Taiwan as an individual sovereign state with governence over its own lands, and deals with it as such an entity on an international level. What they don't acknowledge is Taiwan's official status, and that's basically it.

We share the same culture, and Taiwanese culture can be considered a subsidiary of the broader Chinese culture. Too bad there isn't a word in English to distinguish between Chinese as pertaining to the nation (中國), and Chinese as pertaining to the culture (中華). Taiwan is Chinese in the latter sense.

Dude, season 2, which is when this happened, most lanes started boots and pots. Besides, manamune was absolute shit back then, so building that would be useless. Because of that he can't spam, and nidalee can easily bully him in lane. Besides, nid can burst him before he gets all his skills off once she hits 6.
