    Brand new agent with DIG, also coming in with no sales experience and coming from the hospitality world. This is so inspiring!

    This is so inspiring to see the success new agents are achieving with DIG! I'm jumping into this opportunity ASAP! I am a top-producing Automotive Technician and have been a mechanic for the past 11 years, which is a completely different industry, but I feel that if I put as much hard work and dedication into selling final expense with DIG as I do in my current career, I can become a top-producing final expense agent. I’m super excited for the future-this is a tremendous opportunity! I can't wait to have the freedom to break free from my 9-5 and no longer have my income capped. I've been dreaming of leaving my automotive career for some time now, and I've finally found the path I want to transition into, thanks to David and his team. I can’t wait!

    I've been in the industry for about a year now and am looking to join your IMO. I know you start off with free leads and lower commissions, but is there any way to move up to 100% commission and either buy or generate your own leads once I demonstrate consistent production?

    • @TheDIGAgency
      @TheDIGAgency  Месяц назад +5

      No way. Used to do that but doesn't work. Buying/generating leads doesn't work for 95% of the population, and frankly, agents buying leads make less sales and less money than those in the free lead program. If it worked, I'd be promoting it =) In short, don't join us unless you are 100% all in on getting leads for free. Also keep in mind that many of our brokers moved over to the free lead model and doubled/tripled their income and consistency of production when we first offered it.

    Everyone only talks about top producers. What did your low producers sell?

    • @TheDIGAgency
      @TheDIGAgency  Месяц назад +2

      Our average weekly application volume per agent is 6 apps. I'd say about 40% to 50% of our agents write less than that.

    I've been recruited by an IMO who say's I'm not "captured" by them. Since that's the case, can I work with your agency as well?

    • @TheDIGAgency
      @TheDIGAgency  Месяц назад +2

      I flat out don't recommend it. Why disseminate your focus? Why not give 100% effort to the one strategy you truly believe in, especially when 95% or more of new agents fail within the first 12 months of starting?

    What's the persistency looking like on these big sales months?

    • @TheDIGAgency
      @TheDIGAgency  Месяц назад +1

      No different than smalls sales months. The goal is to keep 80% or more of what you sell past the first year.

    $20,000AP Weekly : What does this equate to in terms of $ payable to DIG agency ...and... amount payable to Michael? What is the typical time frame for commissions to be paid to the agent once app is approved and thru underwriting?

    • @TheDIGAgency
      @TheDIGAgency  Месяц назад

      We go over commissions at www.davidduford.com - please check that out for the most up-to-date overview on how getting paid works. Most commissions pay within several days after policy approval to several weeks.

      Based off website looks like agent gets 40% of this but also keep in mind has to keep 20-30% for charge backs so based off that 5-7k to the agent

    Why is selling for the FIRST 6 months to 1 year is so important?

    • @TheDIGAgency
      @TheDIGAgency  Месяц назад +1

      Huh? Not sure what you mean. No sales = no income! Sarcasm aside, please explain further so I can answer.
