Worst mistake I made was telling a family member, what was dropped in my spirit from God about my job and we had a big argument, never again, I will keep my mouth shut 🤐 everyone will not understand YOUR Instructions from God
I've been there and that's the worst feeling. I'm sorry you had to go through that. You're right! everyone won't understand. God wants your obedience. He doesn't need anyone else validation.
I wanted to quit for years and like you said "I didn't have a back up plan" Is the exact reason I stayed for the last 3 years. I was there for 10 years, worked my way up to 70k/year and was scared to death what I would do If I quit. But I was 39 yo and probably would of stroked out or had a heart attack in my work truck from stress if I stayed. July 2021 I went into work and within the first hour I was given 3 different jobs with a 3 hour round trip. I walked out side to my work truck and for whatever reason, started praying. I wasn't religious at the time. I asked god "Please guide me, I can't do this anymore, please tell me what to do, I can't do this, it's killing my soul" and out of nowhere a calm voice (And feeling) said "Just go". After debating for about a minute, I called my HR rep and quit. I left the keys on the desk in the office and the HR rep asked if I needed a ride home. I said NO. I walked 2 miles home that morning and it was the best feeling and best walk I've ever had. Almost as if I wasn't walking but floating. I was completely liberated and not scared of not having an income, paying bills etc. Before, that's all I worried about. I came from nothing, I know what it's like to not have anything. But, because of that voice and the feeling that overcame me that morning, I knew God would provide. I took 8 months off and just followed my instinct. Not only were all my bills paid but I also moved to another town. My stress level went from 10 to 0. I recently started a part time job for $10/Hour and I started my own business 2 months ago that I'm trying to get off the ground. But I do not worry about money at all anymore. My whole life has changed for the good. and I know God will provide, with my cooperation that is, lol. I know this is extremely long, but If anyone is reading this that is in the same situation, just know, that if you listen, god will be there, no need to worry about bills when it's killing your soul. This is where I am now. I got in the adult industry to save me and my kids from poverty… I’ve asked Jesus into my heart and life and I have no idea what to do. I am so disgusted with what I do.. I haven’t worked since I accepted Christ, but my money is running out. This walk is so hard

When you can feel your soul rejecting the place time and time again no matter how much you keep pushing on and keeping a positive a mindset, that is God telling you that you need to leave! I was also getting panic attacks before my shifts due to so many awful experiences in there. I am only a very recent beliver but I am aware that God teaches us not to be selfish but also not to put ourselves through unnecessary pain. Agreeing to extra shifts out of guilt and staying on just to please everyone. When I think about it now I was dishonoring God by further hurting my mental health and my soul which is why I now feel no shame about if i choose to go back or not (currently taking time off) No one will ever understand how freeing a feeling that is to finally have knowing I am doing right by God and not what society deems as right or responsible. Hi, i can relate. But in a corporate settings. The jib is eating my soul. Mentally and physically draining. I can’t stress enough how difficult it is. I had panic attacks and anxiety but i kept on pushing and telling myself everyday “i can do this”, i will get through the day, and all those self talks. The stress is manifesting in my health. I don’t have enough savings that’s one thing that gets me that i want to quit but I can’t. Im crying everyday. Im exhausted. Cry ing. Exhausted. I can’t do this. No plan B either. It’s a difficult situation.

The part where you said God teaches us not to be selfish but don't put yourself through unnecessary pain is something I've been dealing with since I've decided to quit my job. People are sad to see me go because I am a light in a dark place. And I do feel tremendous sadness for leaving them there knowing what they will have to deal with once I am gone. But as you said, my soul is rejecting that place and putting stress and unhappiness on me. It's an undeniable feeling. I asked God recently when I should quit. I heard Him say to me "Whenever you are ready".

Working in a 9-5 is just not for me. My job is so boring and I can’t be myself and I can’t be creative. I feel like I’m putting my dreams up on a shelf while I just go sit in a cubicle and stare at a screen for 8 hours a day. Nobody understands me when I say I don’t want to work for nobody. 😔 I feel like a trapped animal in a cage I don’t want to do it! I am going to escape and be who I want to be 🙏🏾

I feel the same way. I started working in my late 20s. Before that I was going to school. I was using my financial aid to pay rent. I’m experiencing a lot of physical symptoms as well it got worse after covid. I’m trying to get a second source of income right now that will require less hours and more management of my time.

Some days I just don’t even feel like going to work I’ve found myself very depressed crying everyday. It’s a lot of us out here feeling this way. God told me to put in my two week resignation in at work and I didn’t... came back from my daughters graduation in another state and I was fired!!! To God be the glory!!!!!
This nearly happened to me. I was resisting the urge to quit at first. I got sick, my car broke down, random people kept telling me the job wasn't for me, I received a fax on two separate occasions that felt like a message from the Universe. It was an ad for office signage and it read: " Tired, worn out, exhausted? This is a sign you need a new one". I still hesitated because people were telling me to wait till I got a new job. Yesterday, I finally quit on the spot, only to find out they had been planning to fire me today!! Listen to your intuition/Soul.

I really needed to hear this. I went home and cried on my lunch break today. My spirit is so tired. I get up every day dreading going to work but because it pays very well and I have great benefits, I continue to ignore my soul crying for help. I have no energy when I get off work. I literally feel like an object. I’m here physically but not mentally. My mood has gotten so bad I hate to deal with people and I know it’s time to go. I also put in my notice last week and decided my last day would be May 5, 2021 (5,5,5) . I don’t have a plan either but I’m trusting that everything will work out for the best. I finally became obedient and I quit my job literally 2 Thursdays ago and I have been trusting in the Lord ever since! There's nothing as bad as being in a job that you hate. You wake up every morning and you dread going to work. I'm there and I know how it feels and worst of it all fear of the unknown keeps you away from making that decision.

I thought I landed my dream job (paid well, stable and secure) but a new director took over and completely made it into a toxic work environment. I had to take a leave due to the stress. While on leave, an old colleague told me about an opening and went through the interview process thinking I had nothing to lose. I found a chapel while I was doing errands and just sat there and prayed. I asked God to guide me to a path where I will be happy and do his work and was crying because I felt so lost. I read a passage that said God will close a door and open a new one. Right there I got a call offering me a new job. I put in my notice today and put my trust in God this new job is where I can continue to do his work.
I felt that when I first started nursing. So overwhelmed, afraid & nervous. Panic attacks & high blood pressure followed. As a single mom- I forced myself to endure - for the money. It’s been a miserable career at times, however rewarding at times…. Here I am 17 yrs later & have the opportunity to retire early with full pension….now, if I stay 3 more years I will get top pay- BUT- that seems like a lifetime! I’m tired & older now & ready to leave- SO- here comes this Video! God is always right on time- I’m about to retire early, do travel nursing- help others with Diabetes & Nutrition- and live my best life….

The Lord instructed me to leave my job and I kept delaying and the more I delayed the more stress I was under, the more needy my children became and my main thought was I have no savings, no back up plan and raising kids on my own what I’m a do? I eventually put in my notice Dec 2023 and I felt so free but also so anxious because I can’t get unemployment and I am down to my last but I have to remember he’s my provider , government help or not he is my source! I don’t know what’s ahead for me but I know I can’t continue to be anxious I have to really trust God ❤

I fully understand where your coming from. I too am in the dental field and I dread going to work on a daily basis and I’ve only been at this job for about 6 months. This is where I am right now. It’s work from home but shifting back into office life. My hours are literally 10 hours a day. And I legit get off, eat and go to sleep. And on my off days I have to catch up on my house duties. And where does that leave my business? I have my business and Im a mother. My boss is not attempting to help where they said they would ‘cause it’s not in the contract’ my son starts school and my boss is refusing to move my schedule around. I have been feeling the urge to move on from this job for quite sometime and im one of the ones who’ll stay in a job longer than necessary because of their need and not my own. I did a pop up shop yesterday and someone asked me if I do my business full time. And explained how they take theirs full time. When I say, that was a sign. I believe it. Yesterday was a success. And im going to start to fast, pray & meditate because I need the strength to make this decision.
I remember praying to God every single night for his guidance and to give me strength in this particular job even though I knew from the start, deep down in myself that this job isn't for me but being a breadwinner of the family, I had to do it. I worked really hard than most employees in our team in hopes to be promoted one day. Almost four years in and I was never promoted. No benefits, no pay raise, no health insurance at all. The management never did once appreciate me in any way, and so I just woke up one day and knew I had to quit for my own sanity. I left the job a week ago without any plan B. I am deeply afraid tbh, but I know it is all for the better. I'd like to believe God opened that door for me to leave. Thank you for your testimony. I feel better knowing everything happens for a reason, we just have to trust God's plans for us. 🙏♥️
The same exact thing happened to me. Though for me , the company suddenly had to shut down, 😊,I was so happy deep down , I did not know if that was a normal feeling lol. But now I feel happy that am not working for anyone.

I was looking up "motivation to quit your job" and "how to deal with toxic work environments" and this was my third video. You spoke right to my soul. Especially when you said the enemy will tell me I'm failing. AH! More tears!! I've been fighting this feeling so long telling myself that if I leave I'm just a quitter and lazy. I dove straight into this healthcare job at the peak of the pandemic. I served my role and I helped hundreds of patients. In the face of COVID I never caught it and I was blessed to be vaccinated, ALL THANKS TO GOD. God protected me so I could help others and I did. But my time is up with this company and I have to trust that God will guide me to my next endeavor.

Thank you for sharing your testimony. Today was my last day at my job I’ve been with for 4 years and I absolutely loved it. But Gods been pushing me to leave my job because I always said once hey began forcing an agenda on us as employees I wouldn’t stand for it. He opened new doors for me already. But I’ve still been doubting because of the loss of income. But hearing your testimony has helped remind me to TRUST GOD!
My story is very similar to yours. I have lupus and ME/CFS and I had to call out once or twice a week too towards the end. I couldn't do it anymore. Fevers all the time. Migraines. Digestive problems. EXTREME fatigue. Felt like garbage every single day and I couldn't even function. Finally cut ties and started my online business and now my health is finally under control in self-employment. And now I help others with chronic illness to start their own online businesses too. :)

I'm in the same place Malebelo. I've struggled with dependence on God since my late 20s. When I was younger, I had no problem getting work and staying put. I had a job I loved in 2020 and then got laid off. Then the next job I had was miserable. I was always anxious and couldn't sleep through the night. I thought I had made the right choice to leave, especially after I thought I was hearing God on it. But, it's been even more of a struggle to believe that lately. Seeing this video is confirmation for me.

I believe God has your back, but he helps those who help themselves. No shame in asking for help from others or from Him. But, He requires sincere gratitude and effort on our part, as well.
I need God to come through . I have so much pain. And so much struggle I don't know what to do anymore. I don't just want any job. I want to write screen plays and finally bring my visions to life and I know this is my calling. I really pray God shows me what to do in Jesus name amen

Sharing to everyone my update on my post. I resigned last Aug 11 already without any plan B. But God is really great bec He don’t let me just go without the plan. 2 days after I resigned from work. Another company open its door for me. And now, I am moving on to a new one and a new role. God is good! 🙏🙏🙏

I have been convicted to leave this job for 2 years now and the longer I have stayed and tried harder to change my mind about everything, things have been increasingly getting worst to where changes at the job has effected things with my child, my mental, my health, and even my finances. YES, my FINANCES. I keep having this thought in the back of my head letting me know that this is why things are starting to happen. I know I need to leave soon because the conviction is becoming unbearable but I have been afraid because my family gets in my head because they don't want me to not have a job and because of the big corp I work at. I lost my mother in January 2021, my cousin in May 2021 and while I am still working I literally dread going to work every single day. it is weighing heavily on my mental health. I have been thinking about quitting my job but I am not in the current financial position to do so. I find myself crying everyday before work or even in the bathroom on my lunch break. I need time to grieve and heal and I know this is not where I belong. I know this is not what God has in store for my life. Once I am caught up paying off expense I am leaving my job. I have no plan and no savings but I am trusting and believing that GOD will provide for me.

Me too I just had to resign from job after 2 and half years due to diabetes. Even though I had pto time I was still scolded by my manager every time I got sick and had to call out or leave early. I’m scared but I’m putting my trust in God

I realized I was getting sick and paranoid in my first few months of my job in 2017-2018. I am still there and able to manage with God's help. I wi'll wait for God to tell me to move on.

This is literally what’s happening to me right now….the anxiety attacks, the crying on the way to work and I just couldn’t understand because it’s so out of character for me. But you mentioned a few things that made me just laugh at how God works, first you said your soul sista told you to quit and so did my soul sista (I literally call her that) and then you said it happened around Easter and and I’m just looking up at God like wow! Thank you for this confirmation.

This is definitely happening to me. This job is NOT for me and I got it through witchcraft. I hate this job with a passion, the pay is good but I honestly feel like my time is up there. I’m having daily anxiety attacks, ended up in the hospital, ended up on meds. Yet I need to trust God enough that he will provide, but I’m scared.

when I first gave my life to God at 21 God was telling me to leave architecture school in my 3rd year and I hesitated because I didn't want to fall "behind" my peers. dragged it for 2 years until I actually got secondary malnutrition from the stress lol I dropped out at 23 no idea what I'd do knowing that I'd be behind my peers. it's been a journey of spiritual growth since.

I had a dream I told off a customer and gave them my hat and walk off and clock out and left. That was a few days ago I had. Today my boss’s boss called her a failure tho she works 2x. I’m leaving when she dose. Me and her but heads but I don’t want to work without her. Even one of my AM mangers just quit on the spot. I hate going in everyday and I drink every night. I think I also got a sign from god to quit my job. I get sick out of nowhere as well and anxiety attacks. Retail isn’t the place for me anymore.
I am convinced God sent you to confirm that I need to quit my job. Even I feel there is no grace in my workplace and recently even I have been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, I can relate with every word you just said. I do not know how can I quit with no back up plan but I am unable to give my best at my work , I am so sick that I am presently on leave since the last 3 days. I quit my job too just recently. I felt so sick at work and my mental state was just not good. I also felt in my spirit God calling me so i answered but though i feel peace i am thinking too much and am afraid cause i feel like idk what to do now😂 its like a blank slate now in life and dont know where to even start. My parents are with me and i dont want them to worry or not sure if they’ll understand the calling i have or my reasons why. Its a different type of trust now on the other side when you now have no other option but to trust him

I am literally going threw all the anxiety and the feeling of kinda going crazy from my job as well. I just got do r fasting as well and was led to the conclusion that it's time to go. I'm contrary my boss is guna give me a hard time or try and convince me to stay but this is a good testimony and gives me strength to do what God wants me to do.
Praying for confidence to do what God has called you to do. Pray before you make the decision and trust that God will do the rest. He will also take care of your boss just like he took care of mine.

The story of blaem and balek comes to mind. Feel kind of s are as I don't have anything lined up but I know the Lord is with me on this.

Thank You for your testimony I going through unpredictable season where I quit my job in 2020 right before the pandemic and I didn't have no job I did save up a-lot so I was fine for the whole year. Then the beginning of 2021 I quit my job again but God told me to been quit and I never did. This was encouraging I do pride myself in being independent I brought my own car at age of 19, and pay my own bills. I was very depressed at that job when I quit people were surprised. It was a good paying job I was losing my sanity. This season I again have to rely on family members which humbled me. Now I am still searching for jobs I lose faith in God that he won't provide. My job is a blessing. It isn't stressful and I know my husband needs help supporting us financially. Yet, I have been at jobs where I prayed for God to move me and he answered everyone of my prayers. I believe God wants me to use my talents and abilities to support my husband and to invest financially for our future and kids future. I'm not one to be lazy or do nothing. So, until God places a clear calling on my life to stay at home or do something else, then I'll wait. To me, God has given me every job I had. Blessed to be able to help my husband and family.
I needed to hear this, I really don’t know what happened but everytime I need to do my work, I felt like there’s no excitement and everything that I need to learn to sell, about our products, nothing coming in my mind. I didn't work a 9-5 job kind of. I was a chief for sometime and it was stressful working with toxic people from the boss to some co-workers who drained me so bad I couldn't be myself. Everytime I came there happy they would try to ruin my happiness and money. I left. I couldn't take it anymore and the disrespect. Sometimes a title is a name for a reason. I'm not here to impress anyone. God told me to leave. I kept having this feeling for sometime. It felt weird leaving and trying to get myself together again. I forgot how it felt being around my family. Spreading time with my kids more again. I got sick a lot and in pain and couldn't sleep because of that job.

I’m experiencing that right now.
I wanted to quit for years and like you said "I didn't have a back up plan" Is the exact reason I stayed for the last 3 years. I was there for 10 years, worked my way up to 70k/year and was scared to death what I would do If I quit. But I was 39 yo and probably would of stroked out or had a heart attack in my work truck from stress if I stayed. July 2021 I went into work and within the first hour I was given 3 different jobs with a 3 hour round trip. I walked out side to my work truck and for whatever reason, started praying. I wasn't religious at the time. I asked god "Please guide me, I can't do this anymore, please tell me what to do, I can't do this, it's killing my soul" and out of nowhere a calm voice (And feeling) said "Just go". After debating for about a minute, I called my HR rep and quit. I left the keys on the desk in the office and the HR rep asked if I needed a ride home. I said NO. I walked 2 miles home that morning and it was the best feeling and best walk I've ever had. Almost as if I wasn't walking but floating. I was completely liberated and not scared of not having an income, paying bills etc. Before, that's all I worried about. I came from nothing, I know what it's like to not have anything. But, because of that voice and the feeling that overcame me that morning, I knew God would provide. I took 8 months off and just followed my instinct. Not only were all my bills paid but I also moved to another town. My stress level went from 10 to 0. I recently started a part time job for $10/Hour and I started my own business 2 months ago that I'm trying to get off the ground. But I do not worry about money at all anymore. My whole life has changed for the good. and I know God will provide, with my cooperation that is, lol.
I know this is extremely long, but If anyone is reading this that is in the same situation, just know, that if you listen, god will be there, no need to worry about bills when it's killing your soul. When you can feel your soul rejecting the place time and time again no matter how much you keep pushing on and keeping a positive a mindset, that is God telling you that you need to leave! I was also getting panic attacks before my shifts due to so many awful experiences in there. I am only a very recent beliver but I am aware that God teaches us not to be selfish but also not to put ourselves through unnecessary pain. Agreeing to extra shifts out of guilt and staying on just to please everyone. When I think about it now I was dishonoring God by further hurting my mental health and my soul which is why I now feel no shame about if i choose to go back or not (currently taking time off) No one will ever understand how freeing a feeling that is to finally have knowing I am doing right by God and not what society deems as right or responsible. I am so grateful for you Lord. Blessings for you and your family 😊

Hi, i can relate. But in a corporate settings. The jib is eating my soul. Mentally and physically draining. I can’t stress enough how difficult it is. I had panic attacks and anxiety but i kept on pushing and telling myself everyday “i can do this”, i will get through the day, and all those self talks. The stress is manifesting in my health. I don’t have enough savings that’s one thing that gets me that i want to quit but I can’t. Im crying everyday. Im exhausted. Cry ing. Exhausted. I can’t do this. No plan B either. It’s a difficult situation.

The part where you said God teaches us not to be selfish but don't put yourself through unnecessary pain is something I've been dealing with since I've decided to quit my job. People are sad to see me go because I am a light in a dark place. And I do feel tremendous sadness for leaving them there knowing what they will have to deal with once I am gone. But as you said, my soul is rejecting that place and putting stress and unhappiness on me. It's an undeniable feeling. I asked God recently when I should quit. I heard Him say to me "Whenever you are ready".

Working in a 9-5 is just not for me. My job is so boring and I can’t be myself and I can’t be creative. I feel like I’m putting my dreams up on a shelf while I just go sit in a cubicle and stare at a screen for 8 hours a day. I feel the same way. I started working in my late 20s. Before that I was going to school. I was using my financial aid to pay rent. I’m experiencing a lot of physical symptoms as well it got worse after covid. I’m trying to get a second source of income right now that will require less hours and more management of my time.

This nearly happened to me. I was resisting the urge to quit at first. I got sick, my car broke down, random people kept telling me the job wasn't for me, I received a fax on two separate occasions that felt like a message from the Universe. It was an ad for office signage and it read: " Tired, worn out, exhausted? This is a sign you need a new one". I still hesitated because people were telling me to wait till I got a new job. Yesterday, I finally quit on the spot, only to find out they had been planning to fire me today!! Listen to your intuition/Soul.

I get up every day dreading going to work but because it pays very well and I have great benefits, I continue to ignore my soul crying for help. I have no energy when I get off work. I literally feel like an object. I’m here physically but not mentally. My mood has gotten so bad I hate to deal with people and I know it’s time to go. I also put in my notice last week and decided my last day would be May 5, 2021 (5,5,5) . I don’t have a plan either but I’m trusting that everything will work out for the best. I thought I landed my dream job (paid well, stable and secure) but a new director took over and completely made it into a toxic work environment. I had to take a leave due to the stress.
While on leave, an old colleague told me about an opening and went through the interview process thinking I had nothing to lose. I found a chapel while I was doing errands and just sat there and prayed. I asked God to guide me to a path where I will be happy and do his work and was crying because I felt so lost. I read a passage that said God will close a door and open a new one. Right there I got a call offering me a new job. I put in my notice today and put my trust in God this new job is where I can continue to do his work.

I felt that when I first started nursing. So overwhelmed, afraid & nervous. Panic attacks & high blood pressure followed. As a single mom- I forced myself to endure - for the money. It’s been a miserable career at times, however rewarding at times…. Here I am 17 yrs later & have the opportunity to retire early with full pension….now, if I stay 3 more years I will get top pay- BUT- that seems like a lifetime! I’m tired & older now & ready to leave- SO- here comes this Video! God is always right on time- I’m about to retire early, do travel nursing- help others with Diabetes & Nutrition- and live my best life….

The Lord instructed me to leave my job and I kept delaying and the more I delayed the more stress I was under, the more needy my children became and my main thought was I have no savings, no back up plan and raising kids on my own what I’m a do? I eventually put in my notice Dec 2023 and I felt so free but also so anxious because I can’t get unemployment and I am down to my last but I have to remember he’s my provider , government help or not he is my source! I don’t know what’s ahead for me but I know I can’t continue to be anxious I have to really trust God ❤
Thats how I felt when I wanted to get out of the dental field. I felt peace after I got fired. I actually got the job I wanted a couple weeks later

Tomorrow if my boss fire me that is my happy day because since I have been working there for 4 months I couldn’t go to church because Sunday I have to work . Moreover the my boss is unfair treating worker like slaves.
I fully understand where your coming from. I too am in the dental field and I dread going to work on a daily basis and I’ve only been at this job for about 6 months. For the past few weeks I’ve been debating if I should quit or not, but this video has given me the confirmation that I need. I will put my full trust in the Lord, cause. This is where I am right now. It’s work from home but shifting back into office life. My hours are literally 10 hours a day. And I legit get off, eat and go to sleep. And on my off days I have to catch up on my house duties. And where does that leave my business?
I have my business and Im a mother. My boss is not attempting to help where they said they would ‘cause it’s not in the contract’ my son starts school and my boss is refusing to move my schedule around. I have been feeling the urge to move on from this job for quite sometime and im one of the ones who’ll stay in a job longer than necessary because of their need and not my own.
I did a pop up shop yesterday and someone asked me if I do my business full time. And explained how they take theirs full time. When I say, that was a sign. I believe it. Yesterday was a success. And im going to start to fast, pray & meditate because I need the strength to make this decision.

I remember praying to God every single night for his guidance and to give me strength in this particular job even though I knew from the start, deep down in myself that this job isn't for me but being a breadwinner of the family, I had to do it. I worked really hard than most employees in our team in hopes to be promoted one day. Almost four years in and I was never promoted. No benefits, no pay raise, no health insurance at all. The management never did once appreciate me in any way, and so I just woke up one day and knew I had to quit for my own sanity. I left the job a week ago without any plan B. I am deeply afraid tbh, but I know it is all for the better. I'd like to believe God opened that door for me to leave. Thank you for your testimony. I feel better knowing everything happens for a reason, we just have to trust God's plans for us. 🙏♥️

I was looking up "motivation to quit your job" and "how to deal with toxic work environments" and this was my third video. You spoke right to my soul. Especially when you said the enemy will tell me I'm failing. AH! More tears!! I've been fighting this feeling so long telling myself that if I leave I'm just a quitter and lazy. I dove straight into this healthcare job at the peak of the pandemic. I served my role and I helped hundreds of patients. In the face of COVID I never caught it and I was blessed to be vaccinated, ALL THANKS TO GOD. God protected me so I could help others and I did. But my time is up with this company and I have to trust that God will guide me to my next endeavor.

My story is very similar to yours. I have lupus and ME/CFS and I had to call out once or twice a week too towards the end. I couldn't do it anymore. Fevers all the time. Migraines. Digestive problems. EXTREME fatigue. Felt like garbage every single day and I couldn't even function. Finally cut ties and started my online business and now my health is finally under control in self-employment. And now I help others with chronic illness to start their own online businesses too. :)

I'm in the same place Malebelo. I've struggled with dependence on God since my late 20s. When I was younger, I had no problem getting work and staying put. I had a job I loved in 2020 and then got laid off. Then the next job I had was miserable. I was always anxious and couldn't sleep through the night. I thought I had made the right choice to leave, especially after I thought I was hearing God on it. But, it's been even more of a struggle to believe that lately. Seeing this video is confirmation for me.

I have been convicted to leave this job for 2 years now and the longer I have stayed and tried harder to change my mind about everything, things have been increasingly getting worst to where changes at the job has effected things with my child, my mental, my health, and even my finances. YES, my FINANCES. I keep having this thought in the back of my head letting me know that this is why things are starting to happen. I know I need to leave soon because the conviction is becoming unbearable but I have been afraid because my family gets in my head because they don't want me to not have a job and because of the big corp I work at. I lost my mother in January 2021, my cousin in May 2021 and while I am still working I literally dread going to work every single day. it is weighing heavily on my mental health. I have been thinking about quitting my job but I am not in the current financial position to do so. I find myself crying everyday before work or even in the bathroom on my lunch break. I need time to grieve and heal and I know this is not where I belong. I know this is not what God has in store for my life. Once I am caught up paying off expense I am leaving my job. I have no plan and no savings but I am trusting and believing that GOD will provide for me.

Your testimony is such a testament to Gods faithfulness and reminds me of this quote from CS Lewis’s book: “Peter did not feel very brave; indeed, he felt he was going to be very sick. But that made no difference to what he had to do.”
I realized I was getting sick and paranoid in my first few months of my job in 2017-2018. I am still there and able to manage with God's help. I wi'll wait for God to tell me to move on.

This is literally what’s happening to me right now….the anxiety attacks, the crying on the way to work and I just couldn’t understand because it’s so out of character for me. But you mentioned a few things that made me just laugh at how God works, first you said your soul sista told you to quit and so did my soul sista (I literally call her that) and then you said it happened around Easter and and I’m just looking up at God like wow! This is definitely happening to me. This job is NOT for me and I got it through witchcraft. I hate this job with a passion, the pay is good but I honestly feel like my time is up there. I’m having daily anxiety attacks, ended up in the hospital, ended up on meds. Yet I need to trust God enough that he will provide, but I’m scared.

when I first gave my life to God at 21 God was telling me to leave architecture school in my 3rd year and I hesitated because I didn't want to fall "behind" my peers. dragged it for 2 years until I actually got secondary malnutrition from the stress lol I dropped out at 23 no idea what I'd do knowing that I'd be behind my peers. it's been a journey of spiritual growth since.

I had a dream I told off a customer and gave them my hat and walk off and clock out and left. That was a few days ago I had. Today my boss’s boss called her a failure tho she works 2x. I’m leaving when she dose. Me and her but heads but I don’t want to work without her. Even one of my AM mangers just quit on the spot. I hate going in everyday and I drink every night. I think I also got a sign from god to quit my job. I get sick out of nowhere as well and anxiety attacks. Retail isn’t the place for me anymore.

I quit my job too just recently. I felt so sick at work and my mental state was just not good. I also felt in my spirit God calling me so i answered but though i feel peace i am thinking too much and am afraid cause i feel like idk what to do now😂 its like a blank slate now in life and dont know where to even start. My parents are with me and i dont want them to worry or not sure if they’ll understand the calling i have or my reasons why. Its a different type of trust now on the other side when you now have no other option but to trust him

I am literally going threw all the anxiety and the feeling of kinda going crazy from my job as well. I just got do r fasting as well and was led to the conclusion that it's time to go. I'm contrary my boss is guna give me a hard time or try and convince me to stay but this is a good testimony and gives me strength to do what God wants me to do.
Praying for confidence to do what God has called you to do. Pray before you make the decision and trust that God will do the rest. He will also take care of your boss just like he took care of mine.

I myself have been so independent and have and still going through the same process! I trust the Lord thank you for building my faith.

Thank you for sharing your story. I have an opportunity for a part time job that would give me more time with my kids but i really dont know if this is something God is calling me to do. I have been praying on it but have not gotten any signs as to what to do. I like the job that i have now i just feel this job has pulled me away from what is really important. My family, my relationship with God.
Hey Kristin, I’m praying God will speak to you about your situation. Fasting always helps me when I’m trying to make sure it’s God telling me to do something. Pray and seek his face daily until you get an answer! Don’t give up! 💛
Thank You for your testimony I going through unpredictable season where I quit my job in 2020 right before the pandemic and I didn't have no job I did save up a-lot so I was fine for the whole year. Then the beginning of 2021 I quit my job again but God told me to been quit and I never did. This was encouraging I do pride myself in being independent I brought my own car at age of 19, and pay my own bills. I was very depressed at that job when I quit people were surprised. It was a good paying job I was losing my sanity. This season I again have to rely on family members which humbled me. Now I am still searching for jobs I lose faith in God that he won't provide. This message definitely for me to keep going and be patient.

My job is a blessing. It isn't stressful and I know my husband needs help supporting us financially. Yet, I have been at jobs where I prayed for God to move me and he answered everyone of my prayers.
I believe God wants me to use my talents and abilities to support my husband and to invest financially for our future and kids future. I'm not one to be lazy or do nothing. So, until God places a clear calling on my life to stay at home or do something else, then I'll wait. To me, God has given me every job I had. Blessed to be able to help my husband and family.

I needed to hear this, I really don’t know what happened but everytime I need to do my work, I felt like there’s no excitement and everything that I need to learn to sell, about our products, nothing coming in my mind. Been asking God about this, and now your video popped up, been praying for this, asking for God’s clarity and direction. I trust him.
I didn't work a 9-5 job kind of. I was a chief for sometime and it was stressful working with toxic people from the boss to some co-workers who drained me so bad I couldn't be myself. Everytime I came there happy they would try to ruin my happiness and money. I left. I couldn't take it anymore and the disrespect. Sometimes a title is a name for a reason. I'm not here to impress anyone. God told me to leave. I kept having this feeling for sometime. It felt weird leaving and trying to get myself together again. I forgot how it felt being around my family. Spreading time with my kids more again. I got sick a lot and in pain and couldn't sleep because of that job.
First of all, You are so beautiful! Second your testimony is much appreciated. I know I need to take my leave from work and stop focusing on what will happen once I have the free time... but as you said God's got me. Thank you 😊

I quit my job Dec 2020, with 2 kids that I needed to feed.i went back to my Bible and I was approached by a big bank for an jntern job after 5 months of unemployment.God is real your'll.
I exposed my vulnerabilities to Him and told God everyday about how He took care of the bird.
God is the provider
God is the healer
God has got the kings,CEOs,recruiters hearts at the palm of His hand.
Let's trust Him so that He can bring our dead dreams back to life.
