If you dont have stun baton firearms with elctro shock will work as well which is my secondary i love to have

Firearms with shock will also activate the batteries so if you dont have the baton. Just make sure you can shoot electricity.

I don't know if it is a general thing or just in this silo, but you can shoot the elite's feet when they have their shield in front of them and it will hit.

The f you mean I have to have a random specific weapon that I had no clue I needed, and never needed before, just to activate a few generators to progress

Stun baton or any power surge weapon that triggers on hit, note that weakspot only ones won't work.

It's so dumb, I got stuck for like 30 mintues trying to find how to destroy it, I ended up restarting the dungeon and making a baton

for the lower level players i would suggest using a gun with burn like the KVD BOOM BOOM lmg to kill weaker enemies near him for the explosion damage

For sure! If you struggle to burn down the boss focus down the adds. In most boss fights the number of adds is limited and it’s helpful to clear them so you can reposition easily ;)
