  • Slump Test is an orthopedic test used to help diagnose nerve root injury and is considered positive if pain/radiculopathy exists. It contains multiple components that include thoracic and lumbar flexion, neck flexion, foot dorsiflexion, and knee extention. The verbal description for this test was taken from Clinical Skills Documentation Guide for Athletic Training by Amato et al
