@@Muffin_Masher Sydney have consistently been in the bottom 3 teams over the last ten years for free kicks awarded. They literally had a flag stolen by umpiring so bad the AFL apologised for it. But sure, they get ALL the free kicks...

That one in the pocket with the hawks player is a perfect example of how bad umpires have become in this game let's stop babysitting with them it's a hard game to umpire and start calling them what they are incompetent

Nick Reiwold a few years back. A free was paid to St Kilda, Reiwold put his hands up to call for the ball (it wasn't his kick), the opposition player threw it to him, Reiwold then let let the ball drop to the ground. Ump paid a 50 because he didn't throw it directly to the right player.
He did this to a dockers player too
Not really cheating, if they fouled a player they should know who it is. After that, it's kinda on them

Missed calls is not cheating
Missed Brent Harvey dropping the ball behind his back and claiming the West Coast player knocked it out of his hands. Harvey got given a 50 metre penalty, lol. Also missing the worst cheat i have ever seen, when Paul Roos coaching from the sidelines put 19 players on the ground to prevent North winning a close one. Cost North a spot in the finals. Roos knew it. If you are on the sideline and you only have 3 players on the bench - do the freaking math.
Sydney have a license to cheat, bigger salary cap, more free kicks, they even get given free Brownlows to players who wouldn't even make the squad of any other team, anything to try and get people from NSW to give a toss about AFL

you are allowed to wear a glove, it was big in the 90's not so fashionable nowadays but was never technically outlawed
You can wear gloves but there are sanctions on what types are allowed, the cloke was wearing was illegal

Pushing the runner isn't cheating, the runners aren't meant to be anywhere near the play.
Think he was trying to show that the runner shouldnt have been there and even got that close Robinson had to push him - should have been a free kick to Carlton for the runner being there.

The cheating part comes from the umpires not awarding the free kick as per rules.
