@malice catastrophe he does the same thing when he's imposter to balance his tendencies. Most of these players do the same thing in multiple roles and only hard adjust toward the end for their win condition. If you really think they make it that obvious over hundreds of games, you most likely only watch the RUclips videos and not their streams

You can literally see her replaying the entire last conversation in her head and her realizing what happened, and her reaction is, “That’s so gooooooood!” That’s the mark of her character in how she, like Toast, is always trying to grow.

he did that in recent game as the imposter, tied the vote and kill in 2 vs 1 last round. he did that again after that, got sheriffed by Abe and lost the game. and again, to button himself for 1 jester (dk), 1 imposter, 1 crew win, but denied by dk who vote against him taking the L for crew mates.
He really can't read toast in this, since he said he was "the most innocent", since most crewmates say it so hafu will think that he's not the jester and just a normal crewmate

It's 2022 and this game still gives me chills and also tickles my nostalgic spot :-) I really love how Hafu fangirls over Toast, "omg Toast! That was SO COOL!" I was watching Corpse’s stream, and it didn’t even cross my mind that Toast could be jester. Even when he voted himself, my first thought was, “Awww, he’s being nice and letting Hafu have the win.” This might be one of the best played games Toast has ever had. I was fooled and I wasn’t even a part of the game.
I watched this one first from Hafu's PoV, and my first thought was "Why did she self report???", but then when she got Toast voted off I was like "Wow, she actually pulled out the win somehow!". Never in a million years would I have guessed Toast was the Jester.
That’s what makes the Jester mod so brilliant; it’s just a subtle change to the game, nothing over the top but it adds an extra dynamic to refresh the gameplay. This is the perfect advertisement for the Jester mod, although few people will ever use it as good as Toast did just there. Iconic.
Toast would never give a pity win to Hafu and she'd never accept it. That's why she was so upset at first - she and Toast hate pity wins. There's no fun or satisfaction in a tainted win.

It's not plan B. It's actually plan C. I think his plan B was to make himself as sus as possible so they would vote him on 6. That's why he "vouched" for bretman and tried to make him and bretman a pair. But because he had to report the body on 5 to prevent him losing to impostors, the sus he earned during the games failed. He was super clear after that. He then came up with plan C by earning a vote from an impostor because he knew he couldn't convince ash that he was an impostor (ash already had too much sus on hafu) but he could convince an impostor (hafu) to try to frame him in her last effort to win. NICE CLUTCH.

I love how Toast is being humble: "Things just kinda worked out". He admits it was not only him but mostly just luck (that he didn't get killed earlier for example). Still freaking amazing brain.
His humbleness makes him such a good person, though. Knowing that a lot of the game was down to luck (Bret man and Gary not double killing, and corpse walking to the side so hafu sniped corpse instead of toast, etc.)
was it mostly luck tho? He played around so many scenarios, like waiting under nav was smart, because he knew impostors will try to kill into double kill. He cleared himself by voting out bretman and acted 100% crew since then. to avoid other people factoring jester being alive. Kinda inspires you to play among us again.

@@sz9262 it wasn’t luck, the only luck he has was not being killed first round, and after that he hid on top left reactor, and then Bretman accused him for being near Tina, which forces the imposters not to kill toast to put sus on the imposters. After that, grouping everyone at button to spam report easier was a great idea, then taking advantage of his play style to make hafu think she could convince ash that toast purposely didn’t win to “big brain”. The amount of iq this man has is INSANE.
@@sz9262 you don't control luck, so you have to compensate with controlling what you can. It's like poker to an extent, many people consider it a game of luck, but it actually boils down to a lot of different factors, completely unrelated to "luck".

Even though it was going to be a 50/50 between Toast and Ash on who Hafu voted for, Hafu was set on voting for Ash because Toast reported the round before. It took some psychological mind tricks from Toast to change Hafu’s target to him. The luck was just Hafu falling for Toast’s big brain play.

Rewatching some Among Us content and this is my favorite gameplay by Toast. Not only the players were fooled but also the viewers. Didn't expected this when I was watching it live at Rae's stream. Very big brain play by Toast as Corpse would say.

@@djth2641 I mean, yeah. The term IQ has nothing to do with AI. However, i think the person meant Toasts mind. And that is very much possible. You can teach an AI to think like toast would in ceartain situations.

AI can only see the pattern..... And the pattern works only for a short time.....cause of course it's a pattern....
To be honest it's not about the IQ it's about the adaptability in the situation, you can see when he reported Bretman's kill with the possible double he panicked because he couldn't find a way for him to win(because he would be a clear) but quickly adapted and found a plan.

As soon as I saw the results of the Vote on 6, I knew it was Bretman and Hafu. You could also see on the button (8:46) that Bretman was chasing Abe and then the Report option came up for a split second. Ash also pointed out how the other imposter was likely Hafu since she was alone on Left Reactor. Toast figured this out, which is why when they were on 4, he chose her to be the one who buttoned, and then the hard clear on Ash persuaded her to vote Toast. Even while drunk he's too smart.
Toast's last line "What do you think I'm doing?" Is the perfect line

Hafu's passion for good plays is so infectious. Like when Toast catches xQc or poki in cool ways it's immediately met with negativity from them (xQc screaming at him over obvious stack kills, poki whining about the keys play, Myth literally always whenever he's caught by his mannerisms). But he catches Rae without actually catching her or swindles a slick jester win against Hafu and she's just like ":o that was cool asf"
