I like family guy in my opinion its ok to like whatever you like except for nazis (I'm looking at you cartman) but family guy to me is nonthing compared to South Park

The difference is for people who like pop culture references, and South Park is more political. Also, Seth caters more towards those who swing way progressive whereas Parker and Stone cater to those who are more moderate. I like South Park because it offends everyone.
The thing is, I find Family Guy worse than South Park in terms of inappropriateness. Both shows are racist yes, but FG just makes nasty racist remarks for no reason. At least when SP does it, there's a message behind it. Remember the episode when they had a Muslim character as Peter's friend, and everyone else assumed he was a terrorist, but later we find out he was a terrorist all along..... Meanwhile, Cartman, yes he assumed the new Muslim kid was a terrorist, but the twist was America has lots of enemies, because the British turned out to be the terrorists. THAT was a meaningful message.
