I built an 8x16 about 10 years ago, very similar. I fabbed my own trusses and did a shingle roof. A friend had just remodeled a house and had some left over insulation, that little thing stayed supper cool with a small window AC poked through the wall. I had a computer, TV, all my Ham Radio gear.
Mudd Flapp sounds like a great little “he shed”!
