The name of the band is te' and the song is called "oto no naka no "keirenteki"na bi wa, kannen wo koe nikutai ni otozureru yasei no senritsu" - I'm sorry, I'm neither a native Japanese nor English speaker but I guess you could translate that as: "The 'convulsive' beauty inside a sound exceeds the imagination, it's a wild shiver visiting the body."
