Today's Supreme Court proceedings were quite the spectacle. The Chief Justice and the court seemed determined to avoid a NEET re-examination. My question is simple: whether you cheat a rupee or a million, cheating is cheating. It's fascinating that the court acknowledges the question paper leak, compromised exam conduct, and flawed data, yet they're only concerned if the leak was widespread enough to warrant a retest. Despite the Attorney General and NTA's arguments falling flat, the court seems to blindly support the government and avoid a re-exam. Why this drama and shameful hearing? It only tarnishes the court's reputation. Just my view-I'm not personally affected by the NEET exam, nor are my relatives.

A NEET Question requires answer from 3 member Committee of IIT Delhi - answer may not be Unanimous. If a 17 years old candidate gave wrong answer he loses 5 marks.
Score of all 24 lakh candidates will change tomorrow after correct answer is known.
More important than Neet Case is the question HOW SUCH JEDGES WERE APPONTED AND ELEVATED TO SUPREME COURT. If two answers cannot be sorted out even in Court, both should be deemed as Correct. Reference to Delhi ITI is ABSURD. - Dr K Chaudhry MBBS (AMU 1970)
