Every Person have there different POV. Some people need RRBs as they want to be in there state for a life time. Yes Career growth is slow but Work pressure is also compartively low in RRBs. Salary is almost same but yes allowances are not that high. Look you can never get complete satisfaction anywhere in the World. Choose Wisely. As per my POV, RRBs are better than any PSB. If you want to grow prepare for lot more big exams like Regulatory Bodies
