My son has a 18 M Sport. Very nice car, nice lines, elegant, handles, power is decent. He’s done a down pipe, tune for the motor and trans, and up pipe. In sport mode the exhaust valve opens up nicely and lets more pops out. Fav part is the trans, great auto. He’s now looking at a 440i, and I’m considering taking the 430 as a daily.
@@Mc88Flyy he has a recall for a coolant fitting or something along those lines, nothing really major. He went thru 1 driveshaft due to him using the launch control too much and the anti lag as well. So he’s using it very sparingly now! Other than those things, it’s a rock. I’ve heard the block is much stronger since they went to a closed deck design, tranny is great. Just hit 61000 miles. He gave up on the 440i for now.
I have watched about a dozen 430i videos so far and YOURS was the only one that kept feeding me cool new factlets about the car that I was craving and missing in everyone else's review. Everyone else wasted my time with artsy shots of the interior and body and only covered the basics...nothing I couldn't get from reviewing the car's price sticker or spec sheet. You went into the details and impressions about the character of the car and it issues that differentiate this car from its siblings. Thank you! Well done.
@@BSGSV I totally agree with you man, this video goes in greater detail. Did you end up buying this model? I am thinking about buying one at a decent price it got 30k miles on it.
@@thomass1891 I actually ended up getting the 440i GC for the B58 engine. It is supposed to be quite reliable and highly tunable (for the future). But the 430i is fantastic too. And the GC version is great for carrying huge items. It is like having an SUV in a low slung sports car.
David Dies yeah BMW calls it the GRAN coupe which has 4-doors instead of the regular coupe which has 2. They did the same thing with the 6-series and it looks like they will with the new 8-series as well.
stop saying coupay we're in the us man lol also i know this car is a lot nicer than mine but i have an '02 330i that i got for nothing and it's prolly faster it has 225 hp and weighs a lot less im sure. plus a real manual. i keep editing lol. but ya this car is53k mine is 3k and its faster or same and more fun to drive ummm. i drove this cause my friend just bought it for his gf
I disagree. Just got one and previously have driven a Jaguar XLJ. I like the longer body appearance of this car better than the 3 series compact looking side profile
No offense, but show less of you and more of the car next video. Thanks 👌
Offense is fine. This review sucks.
@@jluiszamora3334 becuase thats how its pronounced....

How’s the reliability been?

You wasted your own time. You weren't obligated to watch.
@@nreeldeep1 What a dumb comment. When buying a car, only a fool fails to check as many reviews as possible.

Just Purchased A 2020 Bmw 430i Gran Coupe
So?
@@jeffbean7037 He's letting the guy who made this video know he used his video.
Why is this bean guy so upset.
@@chad647 he’s not upset, but curious, as to how it is to own one, he was probably expecting more details. But no clue lol
How is it? Reliable?
The new Bimmers have Lip Injection. I like the design of this one, for me it's better. I wish he reviewed the M Sport Package.
I came here to see the car not you
im sorry but i really feel like i heard so much more about other bmws than this one that i tapped on for more information about this 430i
Shut up, fake profile
Jeffrey Bean why are you going around being so negative lol
Exactly. Decent enough review but I don’t need to hear accolades about another model when I’m specifically looking for info on this 1

What’s the speed like? Can I keep up with a car or if I have to floor it to merge on the highway
Since the doors are frame-less vs the 3 series, is the ride just as quiet or a bit louder?
Ride is louder in a good way. The sound of a sports car, but louder than my old 328
It is much louder
how much litres consume in 100 km ?
www.edmunds.com/bmw/4-series-gran-coupe/2019/mpg/
Whta about the 2020
does it have the b48 engine or the n26?
b48
I want the car, do I really need tire protection????
Four tires and install was more than $1200. With alignment, $1600-$1700, replaces every 20K miles
Seriously consider it - I’ve had two flats in less than a year. The tires are run flats, which are pricey.
Or don’t get runflats, they’re garbage.
Coupé? When you said Coupe, I thought you meant it was a 2-door.

really bad interpretation , you need to represent much better on that.
430i has 252bhp, not 248
It has 248. My brother just bought one.
The only thing I see is YOU

I wouldn’t say faster. This car has more torque and hp than your car. It probably is more fun with the manual tho.
Did he just call that a Gran "Coupay"? It's coupe, which rhymes with "dupe". The 'e' is silent.
No, it's not. Learn French, you moron.
It’s called “Coupay”
It doesn't look very elegant. The extra doors make it look ungainly and generic. If you want a four door BMW, then get a 3 or 5 series.
I disagree. Just got one and previously have driven a Jaguar XLJ. I like the longer body appearance of this car better than the 3 series compact looking side profile
Agreed. Love my 06 325i. But wanted something a bit diff from 3 series but not necessarily as big as the 5. The 430i was a nice compromise
Not a real bmw
