This should be a nissan recall how tf a 2 year old car messing up my door locks and i have to pay to fix it
Agreed 😮💨
Same! So frustrating
Agreed I wonder how can you start a recall got to be someway
It is clear that the redesign beginning in 2019 has a design flaw in the door locks with 2019 - 2022 all having the same problems. Definitely should be something the industry forces Nissan to fix with a recall.
So pissed…. 3 of mine won’t open, and the part is $180 for each door…
I have the same problem with the same door, Altima 2021 , I can’t believe I having this issue
I can believe it lol sorry to hear bud
😮Christ, I’m not sure if it’s your explanation or the actual process, but I’m already frustrated. Both of my rear doors are out. ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️
Both my friend lol take it slow. Have you worked on cars before? But hey man don't get mad at my video I didn't build these plastic parts lol rewatch it though and pause step by step. Maybe that will help
If I take it to the mechanic how much is the fix?
@@larissakimberly501 every mechanic charges different. Some cheap and some a bit too much. May range from $50-100 a door. A mechanic. Not a dealership. A dealership will be too much.
There should be a recall on this by nissan bc its ridiculous to have a relatively new car not function properly. Im not buying another nissan product again after having 12 cars in the past.

Yoooo gooood help video
how come you didn't add the part number for each rear door actuator??
Same problem for my 2020 alitma. Front Driver side door.
I have a 2020 same here this should be a.recall or class action lawsuit asap.
There is no need to replace the whole thing the little DC motor is only 15 bucks if it's bad, and also most are just the connection points on the motor itself, it just slides into the motor, I've fixed all 4 of my wife's, all I did was push the connection pin back into the motor and wrapped a piece of electrical tape around then insertion points on the tiny DC motor
Very informative! Will try this!
Can you make a video for how you did that by chance ? @98fordon20s
I’ll trade the damn car off first. This is ridiculous. New car and it does this. Smh
What’s the cost of this
About 400 at the dealership
@@sins2609 each door?? Only the driver door works and it’s messing up now too??
@@mlinger18 looking at it most likely each
@@ricardo031281 it’s a Altima I only owe 4 grand on the pos car .. Kelly blue book is 14 k probably sell it
