Side note: The In the Middle instrumental slaps SO HARD live! I really want to get to experience it live at some point. I also only just noticed that during the second chorus on Overload, Mutya forgot to cross her legs according to the choreography, which she only notices when they start to turn their heads and she also acknowledges it with a hand gesture, probably Siobhan made her aware or something 😂
WOW 23 times !!!! Well I am not jealous at all ;-) What do you think off their performances "though out the time" ? Do you have a favorite tour etc? :-)
@@cfsKunckel I don’t have a favourite show. However the return of MKS and The Sacred Three Tour, that was amazing. OG fan so to see the OG’s reform after a horrendous end to Sugababes, it felt victorious. It felt we got back what we lost with Heidi Amelle and Jade.
First of all: THANK YOU! I love whenever anyone does a video about my girlies and yours are some of the best. In regard to other performances of In the Middle it would have to be some old ones cause this was the only time they (the OG lineup) did during a pro recording. And you are right, their top performances are the ones more focused on the vocals. And that is crazy cause they could do both a concert only singing ballads and a complete separate set only with their bawps. That is why they are COMPLETE. They love doing Overload live. They were kids when they did that song. Please do more. Thank you.
Woah woah woah! Hey, person! How are you? My duo-band with my friend was called Ace Rejects back when. Good taste! Do you know If You Go by Sophie Ellis-Bextor? They're somehow linked in my heart and mind
@@Ttoby89 Hi lovely! We have good taste in common♡ I looooove Sophie and that song is one of my faves from TTLF. I never linked both songs in particular. But I can get what you say. Actually all the bawps both Xenomania and Brian Higgins teams did in the aughts are under the same umbrella. The best British tunes from that era.♡♡♡
Should check out the acoustic performance of caught in a moment at aol..you should also check out early 00s British girl group mis teeq, starting with 'one night stand' 'why (garage mix)' 'all I want' and 'scandalous'
I seen them live in May this year in Belfast and they were amazing! Vocals on point and it seemed like they were having the best time with the new routines. Keisha is still my stand out, but all 3 blew me away.
I think they always perform overload coz it was their only hit with the 3 original members before siobahn (Red head) left the group, they really blew up the 2nd album wen Heidi (blonde) joined
Some that come into my mind that have been quite iconic imo and you should definetely also watch are the following! Too Lost in You (BBC sessions, this was very recent, I think from 2023 even). Hole in the Head (Royal Variety show, don't know the year, it was with Amelle instead of Mutya and they were on treadmills. Some suggest the vocals there were pre-recorded though 🤷🏼♀️) Caught in a Moment (AOL sessions with Siobhan from the 2010s) Stronger from Live8. (I thought that was the one with Heidis infamous, epic police siren vocal, but it actually was not! The Live8 performance is very good. The one with "the vocal" is from their Rock in Rio Set in 2003 or something)
A couple of other live ones; Sugababes and Girls Aloud teamed up for a cover of Walk This Way in 2007 for Comic Relief and performed together live. Not the best cover but was a good live effort and fun to see the 2 groups together. Sugababes and Patti LaBelle teamed up at the Swarowski Fashion Rocks 2007 for a cover of Lady Marmalade which was fun!
These should keep you busy and us happy ….you’re welcome 😊 sugababes Ok! you want Vocals : Too lost in you - BBC sessions with Orchestra X Flowers (Cover) -BBC sessions with Orchestra X About you now - Radio one live X When rain comes - Graham Norton Flowers - Graham Norton Caught in a Moment - Google sessions X Flatline - SBTV X New year - TOTPX Royals(Cover) - Google sessions X Red Dress - Isle of Wight Festival Run for cover - Harold Schmidt show X- Are must see’s
Best English girl (woman) band this century. All the originals know and like very r’n’b. Check Aztec Camera / Scot’s blue eyed pop/soul. Somewhere in my heart - has on of the best bars/lines of all time
I’m so jealous of everyone overseas who get to see them live. They had a couple songs that were popular in the states but they never popped off here. 🙄

"In the middle" and "Red dress" are definitely the two songs, that the OG Sugababes have made most twists with and put their on spin on :-)
Mutya, Keisha, and Siohban... their vocal harmony is... out of this world, personally.
Jumped in on the first album. Got used to Heidi, but by sweet 7 it wasn’t working.

I’ve seen them 23 times over the years. Despite it never being a show SHOW, they still slap.
23 times that’s crazy
@@whatever5922 it spans 20 years, in context, it’s not too often lol

No regrets with the BBC orchestra is beyond epic!!!! And No more you (the black cab sessions).... You will LOVE it ❤
I prefer Too Lost in You from that session, but probably mainly because I like that song more 🙂

saw them at the O2 this year! amazing harmonies
That was really an epic concert !!!
May I humbly recommend that you check out the solo singles released by Mutya Buena and Siobhán Donaghy? They're all very enjoyable!

I saw them live this summer and I have to admit, they had no charisma or chemistry. The crowd overall were very dissatisfied
