@@UniversityCanadaWest thats right, in our case they replied to our emails after 30 days telling my wife that we have not provided the required documents...after 30 days. Until now still we dont have a firm response. I even contacted the registrar, the admin who usually calls my wife, my sister who is living in Alberta even called several times with no answer, except for one but she was asked to provide the student number. Now I even wronte a letter to BC General Complaints to seek for help. Thinking what will be the next step maybe I call IRCC for help. We paid for the 2 year tuition and never expected a lousy response like they were doing. I have not encounter such here in Singapore, everything is fast which is the opposite of University Canada West.

are you able to help to expedite? UCW finance staff are not so professional and not responsive in emails. Their last update was last 24th December 2021. It is now going 3 months that we are waiting for the refund. The process and waiting is just so ridiculous, so unreasonable. I have never encounter such like this here in Singapore
