@@Voldrim359 There was an old Project Winter clip where Suisei killed Fubuki and dressed up as her. Suisei then proceeded to kill Matsuri while impersonating Fubuki. This is one of the reasons why Suisei is known as a psychopath.
So I thought that Andre was referencing that clip.
