Can you explain to me why there is award availability on qatar but it is not showing on American Airlines

Qatar will release more inventory to their own loyalists vs partners. This is a common thing across the industry, and some airlines release more to individual partners vs the rest. For instance, BA will often have access to more AA award space than Alaska, Cathay, etc would have access to. United will see more Lufthansa award space than Avainca LifeMiles may see, etc
