- Met up with 20 badass e bike riders from the island today on a group ride set up by Mayhem Jach. My Ko moto swing arm came in this week with the matching purple bits so I was stoked to see how it would handle the single track and hill climbs with the extra 50mm. It really felt great on everything it touched.🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

@@goodridehawaii I still haven’t attempted to rush that hill 🤣 it takes some guts but you really made it look smooth. & Wow thanks for the awesome comment, means a lot! You have sick vids as well I’m sub’d 🤙🏾
You got it bro! Just pin that fucker and hang on! If you kinda aim for the tree and stay a little to right at the top will be smooth sailing🤙🏼
The stock power will get you to the cross over for sure.
@@goodridehawaii hahaha thats dope, thanks for the tip man. Once I build up the courage i'll remeber this.
Good stuff, man!
Appreciate that my brother🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

Do you think a .75 riser link will be OK with the ko moto swingarm and 18/21? How much does the new swingarm raise the rear if any?
I have the warp 9 1.5 riser and the bike sits perfect with 16/19. I dont think swing arm changed the height. But with 18/21 .75 will be great to level the bike seat. I’ll probably switch to that prickly one.🤙🏼
Sick one man!!! Killing it and holding it down for Hawaii and KO haha. What wheel set up do you have? 19/16, 21/18?
Seriously appreciate that my brother🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼. 16/19 I love the setup. The bike stays nimble in the tight stuff.
@@goodridehawaii Nice! I was thinking of getting 19/16’s as well for the same reasoning that it’ll do better in tight technical areas, but at times still second guess if I should do 21/18 instead for more ground clearance and diameter making it easier going over logs and obstacles and stuff.
Yea the 21/ 18 rolls over everything! Especially if your a taller person. You will get much better bike height and log clearance. I just added an extended swing arm and I def feel like it lowered the pegs even with the riser linkage in the back.
Think the 21/18 get more tire options too and can run tubliss. I wish they made a tubliss for 16”z
@@goodridehawaii I think I still may be leaning more towards 19/16, mainly also because it still gives that compact feeling the surron originally has whereas I hear the 21/18 is more of like a full-size dirtbike set up and takes a bit away from that compact feeling, but I still have some time to think about it before I actually pull the trigger lol. Would you see yourself ever switching over to 21/18’s?
Nice bro!
You using KO motor also?
Yessir ko motor and controller. Runs great
