He's currently in rehab, sober, skating again and has sponsors, including a shoe company called Straye that he's helped promote with Chad Muska and Jamie Thomas. He made a lot of mistakes in his youth but he's working to correct his mistakes and make a better future for himself. He's doing a lot better than most fuck ups. Most fuck ups just get worse as they go on, he's at least trying to improve and it looks like he's making progress.
