I’d rank this one as another of your best. Amazingly educational. I love to see how pristine the land and sea are. As for health - my wife works in welfare and will promote the site. I was diagnosed with PTSD but have learnt to live with it and recognise when it’s happening. Water is so calming for the mind.

Absolutely amazing content from start to finish. Loved the demonstrations of jungle craft by your friend - impressive knowledge and skills. It was all good. Is there a reason you go barefooting through the jungle? I'd think the possibility of stepping on something sharp growing up out of the mud or on one of those giant centipedes which can bite would call for some kind of protection on your feet. Very enjoyable episode!

The "cus" in "cuscus" actually has the same pronunciation as "cuss" rather than the "koo" sound "couscous". So it's "cuss-cuss" and not "couscous" 😅
