- I started with just a Profile holster. I later added the Sidekick. I later added soft loops. I finally added the monoblock clip and the setup has been great for me
do you use the smaller sidekick? the sidekick pack came with 2 sizes. i already attached the larger one but i feel like it prints more than it should. thinking about cutting off the big one to attach the small one. what do you think?
- my gun belt is a really thick leather. I had multiple times I’d go to get up from a table at a restaurant and feel my holster start to tip forward. I’ve never had that happen with the monoblock
Soft loops are the only ones that will break free. I promise you that if one goes it will cause significant issues with drawing. Get a dual clip and you’ll be find. Additionally, you could use a ratcheting belt that is infinitely adjustable
- TFW and commenting. I love how small the footprint is. I like that you can add the sidekick and it doesn’t add any size to the holster. Definitely a great setup
I remove the plastic clips and install the Ulticlip (UltiTuck) they print less than the soft loops. Pro tips: I leave the soft loops connected and loosen the belt to install or uninstalled the holster.
Did that for my wife, but we learned first hand that sharp metal that rusts is bad. Never again. Ask my poor wife. A year ago we learned of the DCC Monoblock and never looked back.
Thanks for the video. I personally dropped my holster 3x’s by using the UltiClip. The first time I thought I didn’t put it on correctly, the second time I installed before I put my pants on to make sure it was on correctly, the third time I purchased a another new one, then both went in the trash. I know I’m probably going to have a troll say “I didn’t use it correctly” and I don’t give a fun what you think I did use it correctly and I was wearing jeans all three times.
- thanks for the feedback. I’ve never used the Ulti-Clip. I know you’re supposed to be able wear it with shorts and pants without belts but I probably wouldn’t trust it
Nice. & tolster & vedder is nice. But there are a bunch of $20 Amazon holsters that seem close or as good to not spend 3-4 times the $. The five of the soft loops seems good too.
I love the Profile holster. I used it with my G26 for a few years. It's a simple holster without all the nonsense standoffs and "claws" you see these days. I just wish they made one to find my Sig P365x with the optic.
- yes. That would work. When you receive the soft loops, they’re actually closer to 2 inches long and you cut them for your belt width. You could definitely leave them a little bigger and easily slide your belt through
- you could but I wouldn’t recommend it. These specific clips are designed to clip under a belt so if you were to draw your pistol, the holster stays attached to your belt. There is another clip that will work with sweat pants and jeans without a belt. I think it’s called the Ulti-Clip
- if you’re asking about on my gun belt then the answer is yes. The metal clip kind of chews it up. If you’re asking about the gun itself then the answer is no
Looks like the metal clip tears up your belt. Do you still use a metal clip like that? 2 years ago now... If you're like my, you've probably changed things up a few times since this video. Sorry.
- I’m actually still carrying the same gun in the same holster setup. Yes, the metal clip absolutely tears up a leather belt. It doesn’t bother me because I never tuck a shirt in with that particular belt which I wear 95% of the time. If I am dressing up for something I will usually pocket carry an LCP
Im at a loss for words.😕😕 why do you guys insist on pointing your weapon at your penis? Anyone with the is little common sense should NOT be allowed to “recommend” anything… period.
@@southernarsenal908 Not trying to argue, but why is it any less safe if the weapon is in a Kydex holster? I've debated it also, and have been carrying appendix. At 3-4 oclock, I can't access it while driving (i.e., carjackings, etc) and since it's in my ribs, if I were in an auto accident, the firearm would certainly break multiple ribs and compromise my organs. That's something no one has EVER commented on that I've seen.
These one is perfect. Appreciate your help

- I have a kore essentials ratcheting belt and I don’t care for it. It’s too rigid for me. I use a dcc monoblock clip and really like it
This is my exact setup. Works amazingly!

nice, i've been shopping around for a new holster and the ulticlip keeps popping up on certain holster types, I am going to try it out.

Kore essential belt is the best edc belt to have. You should look into them if you haven't. Great video
- I haven’t tried them yet. Thanks for the suggestion
The Walmart dickies belt is $11 and works great.

Yeah, the Amberride is 100% identical to the profile (I have both) for the shield plus.
A holster is one of the last things you want to cheap out on
@@memesupreme2400I agree never get a cheap holster

- you can always take a dremel and modify the holster to fit your optic. Tulster does sell a version called the OATH for optics as well
Nice video...did you add the sidekick yourself? Easy install?
- yes. Very easy install. Basically prep the surface and stick it in place. I showed the install on another video. Thanks for watching
can you snap those 2 and move belt thru to avoid self created hustle?
- yes. That would work. When you receive the soft loops, they’re actually closer to 2 inches long and you cut them for your belt width. You could definitely leave them a little bigger and easily slide your belt through
Hi, I’m curious if you can use this without a belt like on jeans, also on sweat pants? Thank you

Unfortunately those metal clips gouge the heck out of any leather belt. Tore up my Kore essentials leather belt 😢

Do you get scratches?
- if you’re asking about on my gun belt then the answer is yes. The metal clip kind of chews it up. If you’re asking about the gun itself then the answer is no
A- go for 2 clips.
B- use a wedge
- I have a few holsters from Harry’s Holsters with wedges. I do like them but still prefer the Tulster Profile. It just fits my body better
