  • Metalshaping made easy! Tuck shrinking is an easy way to move metal fast. We developed this unconventional shrinking stump to be more versatile than what is commonly seen. Easy to make, as well as very inexpensive. If you have the tools it is basically the cost of the wood, glue and brad nails. This is definitely something you will want as part of your metalshaping tools.

    Little salt on glueup helps too with alignment. Great concept and cost effective. A+!

    I anneal often. It work hardens and cracks sometimes if I don't aneal. Great video. I will make me an egg shaped shrinker. Thank you for sharing.

    That’s taking you forever to do, especially with that featherweight plastic hammer & un annealed aluminium
    You should take a metal shaping course it will help

      Thank you for commenting, I have a new blocking hammer now that is way heavier. The material I am working is 18 gauge steel
