    Lex Mercitoria? We are all merchants, as the definition of a person includes a corporation. Law merchant is in all bills of exchange acts, and well documented in case and common law, how are you a teacher?

      @@ACuriousChild Look up lex mercitoria traffick. Its in the archives, just read the into and to the reader, its ancient law of fair commerce and trading.
      Not sure where you are but it still applies to the commonwealth countries under the bills of exchange acts.
