- We rented a car from the Waikoloa area on the Big Island of Hawaii and drove around Hawaii Island. We visited the city of Hilo and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, where Kilauea Volcano is located, on our own. We went to Kilauea Volcano after sunset while visiting Rainbow Falls and the birthplace of Hawaii's famous Loco Moco.
We stayed at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa in the Waikoloa area. Please enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Big Island of Hawaii.
