Most of the time like 88 %They win when westbrook have a triple double the man is playingin the wild west for god sake he would have done better than lebron if he was with stacked teams in the cupcake east for sure ge would have never shrinked in big moment give the man hi dues and give him 10 % of the execuses you create for lebron.

It was impressive but its not THAT impressive. Literally any other star player could do this. The impressive part was that he only had 2 turnovers which was probably only by luck. I’m not impressed by his teammates boxing out for him to get uncontested rebounds. Lmfao

@@joshrichardson1415 the teams that have won the championship for the past 4 years both have had at least 3-4 all stars in the starting 5 or and a stacked bench. Westbrook's days with KD were his best opportunities to get a ring. Even then, most of those year the teams that won are legends at the this very moment. San Antonio, Mavericks, Miami Heat were are in the finals for most of Westbrook's era. The championship they lost, he was only in his 3rd year. His lost against the warriors in the conference finals was really his only legitimate choke. All those other years in the league San antonio, The Mavericks, and the heat were already expected to win. Plus all of those teams contained NBA legends. Who cares if he has a ring or not anyway. He has still secured his position in the Hall of Fame. The man has broken the record of the multiple legends all in three years. When they mention the greatest, you will always compare him to Westbrook.

Wow! Westbrook is the man. To say your going to get 20/20/20 before hand is unbelievable in itself. But to actually do what Jordan, Magic, Kobe, Bird, Kareem, Walt, Earl the Pearl, Allen Iverson, Dwayne Wade, Paul Pierce, Jason Kidd, Lebron James, Kawhi Leonard, Kevin Durant, Greek Freek, etc... could not do, is incredible to believe in yourself like that. Then to have the balls and the ability to actually do it and he did! 20, 20, 21 as a stat line! All those basketball Gods I wrote above couldn't do this, but Westbrook did. Amazing performance only equaled to yes ladies and gentlemen the G.O.A.T. Wilt Chamberlain! His numbers speak for itself as an individual player. Averaging 50 points and 20 rebounds per game? I don't care if they put you in middle school basketball today, will you be able to average those numbers. No way. Wilt was the God. And according to his own admission he slept with over 20,000 women! This man was like Thanos in basketball.

      4. He isnt even the best player on his team
Triple Doubles dont matter if you make your team worse. Its an amazing personal achievement, but its not good for his team when it takes him 40 shots to score 20 points. If you can just ignore the stats and watch him play you will see why he isnt MVP.

It was a tribute like when famous musicians gather together and sing a bunch of songs of an artist that passed away.

Triple double assist part kinda overrated sometimes guy catch ball in bad position guy in face or take 3 dribble. Did rules change overtime?

If you catch the ball and score then it is an assist. You can debate that any pass put someone in a bad position.

I see this differently, if I’m the best player and captain on the team and I tell all my team “I’m gonna get a triple double so you guys better leave all the rebounds to me and coach don’t you dare take me out even though the games over” you’re hijacking the game 🤷🏻‍♂️

This is how everyone should look at it. He’s not getting rebounds over centers. He’s not threading the needle on passes or dominating a game. He’s stat padding.

Magic could have done this if he set it as a goal. He is the only other player I can think of who could pull it off if he put his mind to it.
