At the start of the video, you say that price-weighted index portfolio managers just need to maintain an equal amount of shares of their constituent stocks. However not 30 seconds later you point out that when something such as a stock split occurs, the weight of that stock is reduced. Why would this be a bad thing if the price of the stock doesn't affect how many shares of that stock the portfolio is made up of?
