First off once any woman/girl makes any form of report regard those heinous crimes the same force eill act upon it without verification if what is said is true or false. So even if the government takes it up its basic protocol for the kinds of alleged crimes. I do suggest though that you shouldn't be in the public spear speaking without actual facts because if what you're saying is misinformed and found not to be true(ie he becomes free for real) be careful that you may be sued for spreading the wrong information.
