I see you keep struggling to do the training, so as someone who has unlocked and MAXED every race awakening, let me help you out. Training does NOT go by amount of activations, it goes by number of MINUTES ACTIVE. The longer you are transformed, the better. I recommend having 2-3 friends just stand around with buso haki while you smack them around. Make sure there's at least ONE phoenix for efficiency. Whenever your bar gets to half, smack them until it's full and REPEAT UNTIL DONE. Then move to the next training. For those who don't have friends to help with training, just go to the big cake island and beat up NPCs. Go check out the wiki for training times and cost, it'll help out a bunch.
Just so all of you know, the trainings aren't based on how many times you awaken, but they are based on how long you stay in thag awakened form, which makes it a lot easier to do multiple trainings in one full moon
