The dedication of Wendy to record at after midnight bcoz she had her radio DJ schedules at night and had to come record later 🙏 ... She worked extra hard on her parts since the major part of the song was pretty high in key 👏

Seulgi was supposed to be a main vocal, she's trained as main vocalist. She didn't hurt her vocal cord, but Wendy came along, we all know how good Wendy is.
She was vocal focused but she was always thought more of a lead vocal. She was supposed to be a lead vocal for f(x) and then hurt her voice and trained as a dancer for the next group. Or at least that's what I heard/read.
I wouldn't quite say there are 2 main vocals, since there's quite a big skill gap between them, but they have two strong vocalists - both of whom are versatile and really carry the group vocally
What actually happened was Seulgi was the intended main vocal of the debut team and trained accordingly. Wendy was a pretty new trainee and was added to the team intended as main vocalist and WENDY hurt her voice. She sang the Shine on Me part of Happiness with vocal nodules.

Seulgi and Wendy are the best singers in my honest opinion.) They just simple greatest and complement each other, one has strong vocals, and the other has soft and flexible stereo vocals and the best dance style.) They are the platinum of the K-pop scene.)
