Hello! So here she is, my first single available for dowload. Growing up, I spent a lot of time in the west of Ireland. I have memories in the back seat of my car, with my three brothers tormenting me singing folk songs on the way up to see my grandparents. Good memories will always stick ;).
I guess as I got older, my visits became less frequent...but once a year I meet with a bunch of musicians and we go somewhere random and lose the run of ourselves for a few days :). The year in question was 2013, we headed to Inis Mor on the Aran Islands in the middle of winter..the weather was wild, but the craic was wilder :)
Dun Aengus took my breath away. Whilst in the confusion of not really knowing who I was and feeling a little bit off the beaten track..it stirred me awake.
I hope you enjoy listening to this song..and I hope more that you will go to Inis Mor and listen to the roar of the ocean.
