They use to call hunters, huntards for a reason. I remember that many times the parties would force hunters to keep pets on passive or they would kick you. Many parties straight up wouldnt even allow hunters to join or they would immediately kick you once they saw you were one.
The other reason was too because that everything seemed to be "hunters gear", so it was just better to not have them in the party so they wouldnt roll on all the gear.
Int weapon? Hunters gear. Agil pants? Hunters gear. Spr? Gemme that mana regen. Hunters can legitimately use all the stats lol.

For a long time there was a pet bug that even with passive they would just run off.
as a warrior i cried every time i saw a nice ass 2h weapon on them that i could of used. and they never used them, it was just a decorative back piece to gain the stats of the weapon...
Yeah bro we made a point in classic about literally never inviting hunters into groups, so we never had any multishot ninja pulls, ravagers stolen in sm or any other grief haha

Even in retail, the elevators are fucked.
The warlock where the voidwalker despawned, is a known bug right now in classic. There are certain water areas, where mobs and pets disappears underground because of buggy pathing. It causes the voidwalker and hunter pets to despawn because the game thinks they are too far apart. Blizzard is aware, but classic is not high priority. Likewise, pulling mobs in water in those areas, will cause the mob to evade, but not lose aggro on you, until it is suddenly right in your face at full health no matter prior damage. Duskwood has a funny bug with that same pathing error as well. One ghoul in the cemetary runs under the crypt when pulled (level 25 mob) and pulls the crypt on you which is full of level 30 mobs!

I never liked classic the graphics were ass and the challenge was ass not only that it took to long to do anything. Retail was way better the only issue was everyone tried soloing shit made it impossible to find groups. Overall wow is shit if it was free to play maybe it would be worth it.
@Zarthix I've always loved classic graphics, they're timeless. Retail is a shell of the greatness classic brought. Different strokes for different folks though.
I found a staff of Jordan on my first mage. Used it all the way to 60.

Why are people saying the hunter is griefer? He wasn't the one who pulled. The runner that aggroed the boss was. Starting the boss aggroes the entire room.
It didn't, him attacking it that close aggroed the boss.

Pets do despawn randomly if there is a pathing issue, and water is quite bugged right now

@@ericworst if you leave party in an instance you get teleported out in 60seconds. He used a flask of petrification (pretty expensive) which makes you immune to all damage for 60 seconds (you also can’t move or attack).
No caves, no elevators
I dont even play WoW and have no idea whats going on but I still enjoy watching these clips 😆

If you watch the clip, you’ll see the hunter say that there’s a runner, and he’s trying to stop the mob from pulling the boss. He tried to save the group.

it baffles me how many hunters die to fall damage considering they can just disengage before they hit the ground?
in classic disengage couldn’t be used to evade fall damage, it was used to reduce threat, or something along those lines
The aerial frost nova didnt fuck up the pathing, therecis a bug in classic hardcore that mobs, when pathing through water, that they just waltz underground and fall out of the world. Both his voidwalker as an elemental did so. The elemental shows it in the clip
That gnome warlock at the lake is a hero. The game just decided it wanted to kill him unfairly due to a glitch, and he did the one thing that could possibly save him: exploit a different glitch.

Well...not for once but he got it wrong. FN then Blink would have resulted in death because of GCD. There is 0% chance he could time the swing timer so perfectly that that would have worked, immediate blink was the first and only right move out of an IB.
I will never when I got Staff of Jordan while questing in Winterspring, back in the day. Back then.. I was so young I had no freaking idea why I had gotten it but luckily one of my guildies reached out and told me I could sell it for a decent amount. Damn I miss the original WoW days. Classic just wasn’t the same.

Regarding The elementals and voidwalker clip. The water in classic is super bugged atm. Especially as a warlock, everytime You enter or exit water your pets go straigth through the map and down into the void. Same things happen to a lot of mobs. The turtles in hillsbrad are almost constantly beneath the floor.
The worst part of this is that the huntard survived after fing his group

remember the patrol in epl. they killed so may ppl back in the day. was being chased towards them by a group of alliance so i put on my gun and shot them and ran back to the group and ran past them and started fighting. they turned away from the patrol and never seen it coming killed everyone and i ran. good times.

Im currently leading a 20 man raid neltharion with ilvl 366 as a tank. This is exactly what it feels like.
I am willing to bet that a ton of people don't even know that UC has a backdoor with NO ELEVATORS just don't take the risk bros

I've had plenty of frostbolts reflected back at me. Even if youre unfamiliar with the mob, always recognize the giant fucking snowball coming back at you and adjust...or die trying lol

Look though how as soon as the hunter attacked the boss did the proc, not a millisecond before, not a millisecond after, right on the exact time. I think the huntard did this.

I think the hunter may have actually pulled the boss by shooting the running mob, not that the running mob pulled the boss.
I will play HC when Blizz makes official servers for it. 2 modes pref, HC with grouping and solo selffound with possibility to go to normal HC after reaching lv 60
