How on earth did you lay your back on top of this thing? If you enjoy bruising your back this is a winner. It literally feels like someone is grinding sledge hammers on my back. If your looking to literally shatter every bone in your back this is a great option.

If it breaks just buy the warranty people! It's only $40 and $3-5 for the warranty give me a break. My brother bought 3, $350 hypervolts (one broke, one for him one for his wife) those things are incredible I sprained a previously shattered ankle was having problems almost a year and that thing somehow pounded my foot back into shape with no pain I am absolutely amazed still what massagers do not just for pain & tension but how they shift your brain into a more relaxed state that helps you focus and work (if you're able to use it at work). And don't be afraid to use them on your chest I just bought a hypervolt for myself am now getting the shitzu to have 1 strong percussion and 1 rotating massager that's the least people should give themselves especially before the holidays. There are people who buy $3000 massage chairs and way worse things to spend your money on.

I had bought the zyllion brand, which from your video and my new in my hand massager, is exactly the same product, just a different name attached to it. I tested it out yesterday, I wouldn't be looking at videos to see what others found on this product if i didn't have some kind of apprehension. My apprehension seems to be EXACTLY the same as yours for the neck. my Zillion of exact same shape, quality, leather like pillow does not get into the neck very well. I was dissapointed, but.. after testing it for the shoulders back lower back... its awsome! I will invest in another massager.. one that is smaller in size. I noticed that i couldn't find a measurement on this product nor on the buying sites, but i can tell when someone is holding it, about how big the massager is, this is about 14 and 9" at its narrowest part. To get the neck it would have to be smaller because this one does hit the lower skull perfectly and barely touches the lower neck, yet gets the shoulder a nice bump... Back massager, probably the best.. most likely will last a long time as it is bigger, and glad its so versatile for home or car.

I’ve had it for 3 months now and the right side stopped rotating and not red (right side stopped Working completely) it’s too late for me to return it, Found out I had 30 days to return it if anything happened to it but didn’t pay attention because it was working great. Just disappointed.. I think 3 months is a short time for it to already fail me. Is there anyway I can fix this?? I absolutely loved it just super sad of how short it’s lasted me. 😔😒 if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

If I had seen this video before I'd ordered one of these, I wouldn't have ever gone through "buyer's remorse" like I did right after ordering it. Thank you so much for this video. But, would you please let me know if this massager is very noisy - I may have to use it while my husband and I are watching TV, and, I don't want it to be distracting to either of us. Also, are the massaging "nodes" comfortable to lie on for very long.? Because of having Degenerative Disc Disease and being in such pain from having a few pinched nerves in my spine, I may need to use the massager more than fifteen minutes at the time. I will ask my doctor about that, though. But, thank you for your advice.
The noise should not be an issue. I would only use this for your neck. Everyone is different, so your experience maybe a bit different then mine. Let me know how it goes for you. Good luck with it.

Sounds like you may have a faulty AC adapter or the pillow needs to be replaced. Contact the seller.
