Just a small point. When you throw a punch you are twisting your lower arm and wrist at the same time. When you show us this movement you do it so quickly that i can't quiet check it. Would it be possible if you could also do the fist and arm movement slower so that i also can understand it better?
@@DanieleMaestrini I'm assuming you mean the way I twist my fist on a corkscrew manner? Maybe that can be the topic for next weeks video.
