Virgiawan Liestanto (63 years old) or better known by his stage name Iwan Fals is one of the legends in Indonesia.
He is a singer, songwriter, musician, karate athlete and critic and is included in the list of "The Immortals: 25 Greatest Indonesian Artists of All Time" by "Rolling Stone Indonesia" magazine.
His musical works are in the pop, rock, country and folk pop genres.
Galang Rambu Anarki is the name of Iwan Fals' eldest son.
He died at the age of 15 due to acute asthma that he suffered from.
He followed his father's footsteps into music by becoming a guitarist in the band "BUNGA" and they managed to release one debut album before his death in 1997.
The song "Galang Rambu Anarki" tells the story of parents' anxiety in the face of rising prices of goods as a result of the increase in fuel prices in early 1982, namely on Galang's birthday, January 1, 1982.
