Namaskar yes that is what we all knew but last year we found another one missing PS which was not included yet in total numbers. So with that added PS the total numbers of PS is 5019. Slowly people will know the new numbers of PS as 5019.
@@socio-spiritualmovement Pardon me, I am Abhidevananda... I don't really know who is "Socio-Spiritual Movement" or who you mean when you say "we found". And my native tongue is English, not Hindi or Bengali. So I have no axe to grind here (unlike some who seem to be quite invested in the notion of a 5019th song). But the fact is that around 2015 rumors of another song started to surface. However, the evidence is flimsy. Even if Baba did indeed dictate a 5019th song, it is indeed quite feasible that Baba subsequently decided to exclude that song in the body of Prabhat Samgiita. And the stand of persons in Tiljala who should be in the know is that Baba did _not_ approve the song for inclusion (even if He may have originally given it). Furthermore, we do not have any Sargam information for the song. So any version of the song that is sung is simply based on a performer's choice of what s/he guesses is a likely melody. In the second edition of the relevant volume of the Bengali edition of Prabhat Samgiita (published in 2002), this alleged 5019th song (which would have been perhaps 4339 in a chronological order) is not included (nor was it included in the first volume of that collection either, which I do not happen to have). My point is that we do _not_ have enough concrete data or support for a viable claim that there is definitely a 5019th song. It may be so, but we also may never be able to prove it. And so out of reverence for the Composer... and with a healthy sense of prudence... we must not rush to include a song of dubious quality and provenance. Yes, some people may like that alleged 5019th song, but that is not sufficient reason to elevate it to the stature of Prabhat Samgiita. Similarly, the fact that someone has a 30-year old diary with that song in it is also not sufficient reason to include the song in the body of Prabhat Samgiita. At most, such a song may merit an appendical mention... as a pretender, not a member.
@@abhidevananda. Namaskar yes dada ji. This is Anudhyanananda . I know you are working more on Prabhat Samgiit so you know more about that. Thanks for bringing the matter in light and writing more details about the actual total numbers of Prabhat Samgiit . Last year many dadas including Shambhushivananda dada was saying one PS which was given by Baba but due to either missing somewhere or Baba didn’t approve, the song was not listed. It is really matter of deep research now. I know sometimes even Baba gave but didn’t approve then we don’t count. I remember that when Baba started giving Prabhat Samgiit Baba had given one song “ Vrndavane bane bane…..” then He gave “Bandhu he ….” Later Baba approved “Bandhu he ….” as first song of all Prabhat Samgiits. Most of our AM people don’t know that song “ Vrndavane bane bane ..”was first than “ Bandhu he….” I know because I was there that time in Deoghar. Same may be the reason here too. I heard from many dadas about this missing PS 4339( two songs in same day Baba gave)found and now instead of 5018 some say 5019. I more believe in this because Shambhushivananda dada said us that now there are 5019 PS. We can’t even say missing song was wrong. Until our senior members of AM do some clear research I believe both numbers ok. For some 5018 correct , for some even 5019 correct. Baba krpahi kevalam.
@@socio-spiritualmovement Anudhyananandaji, frankly speaking, I don't believe Shambhushivanandaji knows anything significant about the subject. He merely passes on what he's been told by Pranavatmakanandaji who spoke with so-and-so. He also wrote to me the same claim but put it in a very political fashion, alleging that one song was "deleted" (a loaded language). But that is almost certainly not the case. It is almost inconceivable to me that any Bengali administration of AMPS would bother to intentionally "delete" a single song, especially one that happened to be in Hindi. Why? Just to reduce the total number of Hindi songs from 13 to 12 (out of more than 5,000)! What's the gain? To my eyes, it seemed that Shambhushivanandaji was not thinking rationally and simply wanted to exploit an opportunity for promoting an anti-Bengali sentiment... using Prabhat Samgiita as fodder in the tawdry Hindi-Bengali politics of AMPS. That is highly offensive, and it flies in the face of everything Baba did with Prabhat Samgiita (and His many discourses) in the last years of His physical sojourn. Fundamentally, Baba promoted Bengali language and Bengali society. That is a simple and incontrovertible fact. It's not that Baba did not love everyone, but clearly He made a choice in this respect; and He made it for the welfare of all. So when I see a spurious claim - a claim based on nothing but triple or quadruple hearsay - of 5019 songs on a page that starts with a graphic that shows: "Prabhat Sangiita प्रभात संगीत Sanskrit", I feel that filthy bureaucratic politcs is polluting the sublime spirit of our Prabhat Samgiita. Let me set the record straight. There may be a few Prabhat Samgiita songs in Samskrta and Hindi and English and some other Indian languages as well; but in light of the huge number of songs, less than 2% of the songs are in any language other than Bengali. And if we only examine the first 4,000 songs, then the percentage is far more minuscule than that. In short, Prabhat Samgiita is a collection of Bengali songs with a few songs in other languages thrown in, mostly toward the end. To pretend otherwise is simply misinformation, nothing but politically motivated propaganda.

Kaostubhananditah as per Baba's composition.here the singer is singing as Kaostubhaninditah which is wrong.so it should be rerecorded.
Please correct the spelling of the Sam'skrta words and write them in Roman Sam'skrta script.
