What’s the point of the blank screen is it sort of like a trigger
@@bobbyjones3340 it can be used for focus, relaxation, comfort, etc. (there's a good amount of things it can help with, it just depends on the person who uses it) hope this helped a little
@@bobbyjones3340 I think it’s for people who are on computers or like their phones but don’t like going full screen so the screen is still dark and not distracting with other videos
