There is a working day: Starts at 8.00 Ends at 18.00 Lunch time 13.00-15.00 Work during the lunch period is counted as overtime. Working after 6 pm is also considered overtime. Hi Mr. Vitali... I could suggest you to create 02 shifts, one for the morning, another for the afternoon. Have you tried this way? @@anviztechnicalsupport Yes, I tried to implement it in two shifts, but there is a condition here that there may be no events at lunchtime and the program cannot correctly calculate the total overtime time in all cases. But I think I found a solution and it is to calculate the overtime per day at the report level. I use one shift then.
@@itthaovn As I expected, tech support wants money for this. I will warn customers that in addition to buying devices, you also need to pay those. support for simple tasks. The client probably needs to return the goods to the store and take the goods of another manufacturer.

O have A300 device and it start to get crazy, screen is geting blank, the sound is noisily and the digital scanner is...i am not surre, get me advise please

Or can I use my own status such as "Lunch" and "Lunch-End" and CrossChex can still calculate the 1 hour lunch break automatically? Thank you.

Good day! Probably they are not assigned with shift, their shift can be expired, or they are assigned differently from the other employees..

Hi, you can rename the status at the Status settings page, you can edit existing ones and create new others.
How do i change units to minutes in reports ? For example in attendance report 1h45m gives 1.75... Also how can i control overtime ?
