Considering the trillions of transitional forms, there should be a great number of fossils even if fossilization doesn't happen often, which is why Darwin expected they would be found.
Charles Darwin envisioned a vast number of transitional forms in the evolutionary process. In "On the Origin of Species," he suggested that the number of these transitional links between all living and extinct species must have been "inconceivably great." I think it's pretty clear, I mean Darwin himself said it.
Darwin was correct. There have been an enormous number of species and individual organisms over the hundreds of millions of years of multicellular evolution. Darwin also posited that while some could be found as fossils, the overwhelming majority had been lost forever, as fossilization is very rare. This is also correct (though we have probably found more fossils by now than he thought possible). The guy in this video incorrectly inflates the numbers to absurd heights and then lies and claims that the transitional fossils that exist don't exist. On JUST human evolution we have remains of thousands of individuals at various stages, when but a single one would disprove his position.
I sometimes wish that I could be so convinced I was right about something that I could openly and flagrantly lie about my position and not realize internally that this means that I'm probably wrong. Then I remember that I like being an honest person who is actually correct instead.

The nomenclature has long been adjusted, though. This idea of "transitional forms" has fallen out of use. The only ones that keep using it are Christians and Muslims. You can't pinpoint a transitional form. Any individual biological organism has its own morphological features and functions. Trillions of transitional organisms implies that there's an end result that is being worked towards, and that all of these preceding trillions of individuals were just there to get from A to B. You might as well view each individual as the final result, which would in fact be somewhat accurate, from the perspective of the individual, while it's alive, as it would exist in the present moment, and be the latest form to have emerged. This would apply to all organisms then. The problem here is that the dividing lines are rough and somewhat arbitrary. How do you draw the line; "This is species A, and this is A, and that's A, but now here we have B!"? While the process is gradual, involving many individuals reproducing, and passing down mutations. The fossil record is huge, but fossilization is in fact very rare, and we can't get a clear-cut evolutionary journey from A to B represented in actual fossils. You can just say that if this is how organisms diversified; then that's how God created it all. What's the problem here? The problem here is singular. Creation is constantly emerging. It's not chaotic, it's not random, but it's also not because of preceding contingent events, as everything that is now is annihilated right as the next set of incidental characteristics emerge. If humans have gone through millions of years of evolution and the height of human life span rn is 150 years (being really generous) then for the evolutionary argument saying that it took millions of years for evolution, all the dead bodies of those transitional beings must be some where. And no religion always existed and its something natural to believe in god wich was scientifically proven that humans are born believing in god , islam wasn't made 1400 years ago that's actually just the time it was complete, islam existed since the begging of human existence
Your comment is stupid. God sent down religions when humans evolved (by his will) from our ape ancestors. He allowed us to evolve from our ape ancestors so that we would be able to comprehend his existence and gain knowledge of his power. You expect god to reveal religion to creatures who aren't able to comprehend the knowledge he will send. He created us so that we would know and worship him and him alone. In islam every animal prays to god in their own way. Dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures probably prayed to god in their own ways. Every creature has a different way of praying. Humans are supposed to prostrate and speak to pray because we are the most intelligent and greatest of his creations.
Unlike religious texts, scientists have to actually account for all the fossil evidence we've unearthed, while creationists get to say their God created all life on earth at the same time, and then get to just stop there, and claim it's clearly the work of the devil that put all those animals unaccounted for in their texts

You missed the point. He's saying even 100 forms we can't account for. The "trillion" comes from the arheist saying that through small adaptations over a long period of time we end up with human. Those small adaptations require trillions of small changes at allele frequency resulting in small changes to set generations. The "trillions" isn't meant to be a number that can be accurately quantified. Nor should it..the point Is it is a transitional period that occurs gradually. Yet we can't account for any of these transitions. Not even 100. Expecting trillions.
The Earth is not old enough to accommodate millions of lucky radom genetic mutations in the correct sequence for even one transition. Easier to win the lottery. Mathematically impossible. It didn't happen that way. Need to find another answer for creation.

So what thousands? Mutations in Evolution are small and take a long time many generations. You wouldnt expect a ape to become a homosapien in only a few thousand mutations.
"Trillions is a lie." Okey so, how do you how many transitional species there is then ?
"Basically, what this guy is saying is "I don't understand therefore fake"." No, He's simply saying that you're claiming that there are hundreds, if not thousands, if not more transitional species without you having any factual evidence for that claim. And when you look at the fossil record, you realise that he's right.
The fossil record is not huge, none of the fossils are complete, and there are no real transitional species, not even Tiktaalik or Archaeopteryx. So simply saying "look at the fossil record, it's gigantic, it's obvious he doesn't know what he's talking about" isn't going to give you any more credibility, but on the contrary when you know the reality of things. And I speak as a former ardent evolutionist.

Their brains haven’t still evolved though. 😂
We dont come from apes.. we share a common ancestor i dont know why people dont get this.
Firdtly, what EXACTLY does he mean by "transitional forms"? "Transitional forms" is a phrase that gets bandied aboout by people who don't really understand it. Secondly, if humans arel apes, one cannot claim to move from ape to human.
Life hasn’t been on earth long enough for these transitions to be possible
What is your source for this?
Then current day humans shouldn't have even appeared yet.
bruv.
first off, YES, life could’ve evolved. Life has been on earth for 3.8 BILLION years. Multiply 3..8B * 365 and it goes over 1 trillion, so a bit
less than how many days there have been on earth, probably by a LOT. so yes, humans could have evolved, disproving the idea that the only option could be everything was spawned into existence.
@@Def_7470”could have”, your argument is merely a speculation, the fossil gaps are way to big as was demonstrated in the video for anyone to consider this to even be a possible. It is a theory, and theories are falsifiable, meaning they can be proven to be wrong. So I don’t understand why atheists speak of evolution as a certainty, when this theory has so many holes. And it is a “theory”, which would be proven wrong according science if they find a reason to state otherwise. This whole theory really is blind faith, baseless and purely assumptions.
How would you substantiate this claim about trillions of transitional forms?
This claim is just as ridiculous as the point it's opposing.
If humans have gone through millions of years of evolution and the height of human life span rn is 150 years (being really generous) then for the evolutionary argument saying that it took millions of years for evolution, all the dead bodies of those transitional beings must be some where. Thats MILLIONS of years, so we must find millions if not billions of these fossils somewhere unless you propose it was just a few transitional species alive that lived for hundreds of thousands of years at a time which is why we cant find the rest of the fossils that is.
It’s actually true, it’s what Darwin said, that fossil record will show eventually a #countless number of transitions that accrued from one animal to the other.
Yet there is no countless, there is none that can be a true evidence.
Does bro even know how fosslization works
No.
Because its not so easy for things to fosslize it makes trying to prove the tree of life even more difficult. Looks like you don't know how it all fits.

How do you know that it's trillions?
Or let's say, how do you know it's not 3?
And is it the number of distinct species between nowadays' humans and the common ancestor you're talking about or is it the number of genes being changed in the process?
They say they believe in empiricism. Do tell how you see this morphology of species and where are the records of such data?
trillions of mutations does not mean trillions of completely different visible forms. You just don't understand how evolution works.
Allah "formed from water every living thing" (21:30),"We created man from sounding clay, from mud moulded into shape..." (15:26). And, "He began the creation of man from clay, and made his progeny from a quintessence of fluid" (32:7-8). "Allah's is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is in them; and He has power over all things". (5:120) , (Quran 21:30) Have not those who disbelieve known that the heavens and the Earth were of one connected entity, then We separated them and We made every living thing out of water? Will they not then believe? (Quran 71:14) , God created you in diverse stages (Quran 29:20) Say: "Roam the earth and observe how the creation was initiated. ,(Quran 71:17) And Allah has caused you to grow from the earth a [progressive] growth.
,(Quran 64:3) He designed you then made your design better. ,(Quran 40:64) He formed you then made your forms better.
Darwins theory of Life evolving from water is valid, and ALLAH has complete control over everything in the universe, what seems random mutations to us are simply edits made by Allah through the control of the environment, But in case of Humans, we were DESIGNED using clay and mud specifically the same way things are designed in a lab or manufactured in a factory, in case of ADAM (AS), made in Heaven ( clay and mud is essentially biomass and contains dna of other animals).

God is beyond our human comprehension beyond time space , so u asking this question is dumb, and it wasn't literally 6 days , in the quran Arabic word ayam means a long period of time or epochs so its not referring to literal 24 hours days

Where do you get the number trillions that you cite
You missed the point. He's saying even 100 forms we can't account for. The "trillion" comes from the arheist saying that through small adaptations over a long period of time we end up with human. Those small adaptations require trillions of small changes at allele frequency resulting in small changes to set generations. The "trillions" isn't meant to be a number that can be accurately quantified. Nor should it..the point Is it is a transitional period that occurs gradually. Yet we can't account for any of these transitions. Not even 100. Expecting trillions.
