I just called and looks like they’re out of permits for Saturday’s throughout October. You’ve inspired me to look into this more. Thanks.

I recently started watching your channel because I was looking up places to fish in central California. I quickly liked your well filmed and informative content. I also live in the Southern California Huntington Beach area and all the places you fish I’ve fished or been to. Piru pyramid when I had my boat and couldn’t get in because I didn’t realize how strict there inspections were. I really like your video on black canyon and how beautiful it is there. I’ve always loved the Colorado river and have fished there many times but never in that area. I knew there were many beautiful parts but didn’t have the information 15 years ago when I would go with my family. I would be interested in going but I have to work this week but if for some reason I get the opportunity to take it off I would like to go. Even if I can’t go I hope you put up more details for future plans because at some time in my life it is a place I would love to go. Thanks for the videos cause if not for you I would have no idea

hi, the Black Canyon is a "must-do" destination. if you don't mind the extra mileage, paddling upriver from Willow Beach is pretty hassle-free.

hi - no, i've probably paddled that section about a half a dozen times in the past. not really to fish it, but rather for the scenery.
