Hey I have a very Important question. So my whole paychecks are going to taxes “ADL FED TAX” I never heard of It or saw It until now. I called the IRS asked them do I owe anything they said no. Do you know why this Is happening?
If you put a large amount in extra withholding on your W-4, that could result in all your payroll going to Fed Tax. Your employer's payroll person/department should be able to fix that for you.

Hey Cry, These are questions I can't answer. Your employer's payroll person is the person to get it figured out for you. Tell them it's hard to live on $0.00 dollars. Good luck.

Once you have created an account, you can log in and submit Form 8821 electronically. Here are the steps: Go to the IRS website. Click on the "Secure Access" link. Create an account. Log in to your account. Click on the "Forms & Publications" link. Search for Form 8821. Click on the "View/Download Form" link. Fill out the form. Click on the "Submit Form" button. Once you have submitted Form 8821, the IRS will send you a confirmation letter. This letter will contain your Designee ID, which you will need to use to access your tax information online.
