The beautiful village of Neelum Valley is Urang Keel. It is located at an altitude of 8,379 feet above the sea level. According to the available history, only one family has been living in this village since 1860. Its population consists of 2000 people. This plain village is four kilometers long and one and a half kilometers wide. It is a green and green field and covered with snow in winter. It is most suitable for snow sports.

وادی نیلم کا خوبصورت گا ئوں اڑنگ کیل ہے۔ یہ سطح سمندر سے 8,379 فٹ بلندی پر واقع ہے۔دستیاب تاریخ کے مطابق 1860سے اب تک ا س گائوں میںایک ہی خاندان آبادہے۔۔۔۔جس کی آبادی 2000نفوس پر مشتمل ہے۔چار کلومیٹر لمبا اور ڈیڑھ کلومیٹر چوڑا یہ میدان نما گائوں موسم گرما میں سرسبزوشاداب میدان اور موسم سرما میں برف کی چادر لیپٹے ۔۔۔۔برفانی کھیلوں کے لیے موزوں ترین ہے ۔۔۔
According to the researchers, centuries ago, there used to be a lake here. It dried up with time and started to be inhabited. Botanically, this area is self-sufficient. And there are many valuable plants in the upper part. Herbs are found. Similarly, the rare species of polar bear can also be seen on the mountains of this village in winter.
From the point of view of tourism, this village is a remarkable and tourist paradise. This village can be easily reached by a chairlift from Kiel. Similarly, this village is also accessible by a three-hour walking journey. There are excellent dining facilities available here for the tourists.
محققین کے مطابق صدیوں پہلے یہاں ایک جھیل ہوا کرتی تھی ۔۔۔جو وقت کے ساتھ ساتھ خشک ہوتی گئی اور آباد ہونا شروع ہوئی ۔۔۔نباتاتی اعتبار سے یہ علاقہ خودکفیل ہے۔۔۔اور ذرا اوپر بالائی حصے میں بہت سی قیمتی جڑی بوٹیاں پائی جاتی ہیں۔۔۔۔اسی طرح برفانی ریچھ ۔۔۔۔کی نایاب نسل بھی موسم سرما میں اس گائوں کے پہاڑوں پر دیکھے جاسکتے ہیں ۔۔۔۔
سیاحتی نقطہ نظر سے یہ گائوں ۔۔۔۔قابل دید اور سیاحتی جنت ہے ۔۔۔کیل سے ایک چیئرلفٹ کے ذریعے اس گائوں تک آسانی کے ساتھ پہنچا جاسکتا ہے ۔ اسی طرح تین گھنٹے کے پیدل سفر کے ذریعے بھی یہ گائوں قابل رسائی ہے ۔۔۔سیاحوں کے لیے یہاں طعام وقیام کی بہترین سہولیات میسر ہیں ۔
