SAT is a test based on evidenced based reading while IBA is a test consisting of multiple items (most of which is vocab questions in the English Section particularly). And the maths in the IBA Admission Test are 10000 times harder than those in the SAT. While SAT is mostly graph based, IBA tests core quant aptitude.

IBA is pretty competitive. Only 120 students are accepted from around 10k aspirants. The test is difficult as well.
