- Sunset walk at Dana Point Harbor, California. The Harbor turns magical at night as the place is filled with Christmas holiday lights and decorations. The best part is the Candy Cane Pillars.
Dana Point is a city located in southern Orange County, California. It has one of the few harbors along the Orange County coast, and with ready access via State Route 1, it is a popular local destination for surfing.
The harbor, built in the 1960s and dedicated on July 31, 1971, is home to a marina, shops, and restaurants, and is a point of departure for the Catalina Express, a transportation service to and from the City of Avalon on Catalina Island. The entire harbor of Dana Point, including the Embarcadero Marina shops and restaurants, is set for complete demolition and redevelopment.

We lived there for about 10 years before moving back to Anaheim Hills 5 years ago. It was a beautiful place to live but more of a commute to our business in Anaheim than we wanted to make. *We know we are fortunate to live in SoCal and wouldn't want to live anywhere else!*
Everybody knows california is the most health concious state in the nation.
I live and play here and use to work here. Had a shop in the harbor for 11 years. Feels like vacation 365 days a years.

So beautiful!I am shivering here and have a space heater on as well as the regular heat. It must be wonderful not have to have deal with snow and ice and cold all the time! Beautiful! But I felt sorry for the carolers with face shields on!
