Not watched all so dunno the outcome, but we get lots of these - usually the egr has stuck. We used go do the absolute pita route of changing out the egr/egr cooler, blah blah - now we slacken it off enough to drown it in DPF cleaner, spray it full of decent penetrating oil & give it an Italian tune-up. Works on 9 out of 10 - the 1 it doesn't, we change the valve/cooler blah blah. Next commonest fault is the turbo actuator losing vacuum or sticking - dunno how many of those we see, a lot. Also across many makes, not just PSA. Beyond the usual sensor guff, we also see a good few where the ECU injector control chip has crapped the bed - which leads to lads chucking in new injectors, looking at harness faults forever etc etc - to no avail. The ecu needs go off for repair.
