Coconut milk contains one-third the calories of cow's milk, half the fat and significantly less protein and carbohydrates.     Hello doctor
    Is it better to take raw coconut (grated coconut) or the coconut milk?
    when we prepare coconut milk, dont we remove some of fibres from that when we take the juice out of the grated coconut?
    would that make raw coconut better than coconut milk?
