- The Crystal Collector visits the Red Cloud Mine in Yuma, Arizona. During this episode you will be able to join in on a private journey 300ft below the surface to find wulfenite crystals with Bryan Major, The Crystal Collector. The earths wonders and treasures are simply amazing, and to be able to see where they form is just outstanding!
Boy you tested my limits with this one! Almost had to stop because I couldn't breath watching you crawl through the rock!
That was Definitely Absolutely Crazy!!! Thank you for taking the risk and sharing it with us!!! Beautiful crystals!!! God Bless!!!
This is the best adventure, yet! Although we all love to watch you pull out big gem rocks and crystals, this mine adventure was educational. Glad you made it out, bro.
Oh my lord Bryan. That was scary. Thanks for what you do. Appreciate you.
OH GOOD LORD, 2 mins into this and I am having a panic attack....I will never look at wulfenite and need to wonder...NOW I know!! Takes 'WHAAAAAT' to a whole new level!!!!! Thank you for sharing, you brave soul!
That was one of the most fear inducing videos ever Bryan! Talk about conquering the phobias! Wow. What an amazing experience for you! Was this the furthest narliest down underground adventure you've ever done?! Roger is a bad ass for sure
Glad you went down there to show me because I would not have done that myself!
It was fun to vicariously explore this claustrophobic adventure with you from the comfort of my home. Such beautiful orange crystals and aMAZing mine! Thanks for sharing that!
Ditto
Ngl i wanted to be there
It takes some balls to descend down a hole into the ground you’ve never been in like that. This unground system is completely insane to me.
You are one brave soul, I almost couldn't watch this but glad I did, that orange is amazing!!! Thanks for sharing
What an amazing adventure you had. Thank you for sharing 😊
I'm so glad you made it out alive of the birth canal. Otherwise we wouldn't be able to enjoy these priceless videos of you collecting amazing crystals. 🤣
Wow! That looked like a sketchy climb down into hell! You are a lot braver than i ever was! Geeze! Those crystals were pretty but i could never be a miner. To sketchy and claustrophobic for me! Man, you could get lost so easily. And so dusty and you arent wearing a mask or goggles. That was an adventure! Thanks for sharing!
above and beyond the call of duty in regards to a vid. thank you brian.
Roger wasn’t even breathing hard, climbing around in there. Hard working guy. Couldn’t have been too easy filming while getting down there. Thanks for going through that for our benefit. 😆
Anybody who goes that way down and later up again really deserves the nicest pieces of Wulfenite crystals 👍🏼
It never ceases to amaze me the effort the old timers went through to open these areas up. Not to mention, reopening, hey Roger😅 so awesome to see. Beautiful crystals, whaaaat!!
It’s amazing how people even find these things!
I'm stressed out just watching this one! I was so relieved when Crystal Collector made it back out; I felt like I'd been underground! Never again, lol!
There is no amount of money or crystals that would get me in that hole...gosh. The look on your face as you were climbing that "raise" was priceless..
The look of the crystals reminds me of Butter Scotch Candy. Beautiful.
Old disabled house bound dusty rusty rockhound here: Wowzer Bryan! I think I may still be alive because your videos excite me so much. You and that mine owner are bad-as* crust crawlers!
If you want to offer some feedback or criticism, make sure it is constructive and not meant to hurt or offend anyone. Point out what you think could be improved and suggest ways in which it could be done better.
Brian in the mines of Moria! LOL Great Video--one of your best! Thanks!
I'm a retired RN and can assure you I've never seen a birth caanal like this. A little rough around the edges. Sorry that was tacky. No not sorry I meant it to be tacky. LMAO
😳
🤣🤣🤣
🤣💀
It is called birth canal because if they were to go any further they could possibly hit a lava pipe and the gases from the lava pipe could suffocate them.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That is so beautiful, wonderful adventure and outstanding color of crystal. That guy probably scared you to death before going down with all the things that 'could' happen.
I’m glad YOU went down there ❤
This looks like so much fun! Spelunking has always been a bucket list goal of mine, and with amazing Wulfenite all over the place, I'd be having a blast!
This is unreal! When Roger asks 'are ya ready?'
Bryan, I have literally watched every one of your videos....and I think this is my new favorite. Seriously. Really, really neat. There's no way my frame could squeeze through some of those places, so thanks for taking us along and filming what you could.
OMG.....this is a HUGE NOPE for me! Thanks for taking us along tho.....I was holding my breath at times.....wow
Excellent show Brian & Roger !
wow awesome video , thanks for taking us along.
You are braver than me. Thank you for that. 😊
Brain that was some awesome videoing ...it was like we were there with you. ♥️♥️♥️
Absolutely terrifying, but I enjoyed watching this. Grateful for people who can work in the underground environment!
You are brave Mr Crystal, because I wouldn't go down in small hole., God be with you on your journeys. My 1st Crystal teacher.
You would never, ever get me down there.....crazy. I'm going to look at my wulfenite crystals with huge respect now!
I love this episode. Roger's enthusiasm is absolutely wonderful. You can tell he really loves the minerals but he also respects the history of the mine as well. Thanks so much for sharing this with us Bryan.
PS: You'd probably have been better off to have a gopro type set up on your helmet. Yeah, I know. Bit late now and you were probably thinking "I should've put the camera on my helmet".
Some beautiful crystals you got there man😋
Wow Brian! That was awesome! That Wolfinite is so pretty.
I was feeling a bit claustrophobic in there. There are some really steep and tight places.
What a great tour of a famous mine. Wow. Thanks for sharing.
You’re braver than me Brian. I’d freak out. I give you kudos.
Thank you so much for sharing. Best channel ever!
Amazing video!!
Thanks for sharing!!
Love the underground videos. That stuff is beautiful. Awesome video Bryan.
Been there! Know the feeling! 79 mine though. Only collected at the surface at red cloud a few times
Now that is an adventure!!!
WOW! That's a lot of Wulfenite! So cool! Thanks man. I have a few of those samples. Awesome!
I’m so happy I came across your videos. They are so interesting and I love seeing how passionate and informed you are! You really know your stuff! 😃 God Bless you!
So glad you made it !! WHOO HOOO FROM CALIFORNIA !!JOHHNY AND CANDY WHAT!!!!!!!!!
This was awesome! Terrifying but awesome! Roger was very funny and relaxed but obviously knowledgeable n safe which made it an easier watch haha
Not for the faint of heart!!! I feel the panic kicking in, just watching this!!
Matrix says Dad you're doing this one without me. Matrix says bring this "WOOF" some "WULFENITE"!
So scary! You are brave to go there I couldn't do it but I love rocks and gems that's why I watch you.Thank you
Wow, what an adventure
You are a beast! Doing that climb one handed!
Just wow.....that was epic. Thanks for that simple mining tour 😅....you must be very fit to climb that many ladders, geez
Wolfenite....amazing. ty for showing us where it forms and is found. Cheers
That was pretty intense. You're truly dedicated.
Wow! Thanks for taking these videos down there, I’d love to go on adventures like this in some mines to find crystals… what a cool experience that must have been
"It's totally fine- just don't touch it. I don't care if there's a ten inch crystal, don't touch it" definitely put me at ease 🤣🙏 great video!!
This is one of your better videos dude, but I'm seriously into mine exploration so I'm loving this! The Color of Wulfenite is one of my Favorite colors, that Deep orange color, the deeper and closer to red it is, the more I love it.
Cool, Welcome to Yuma!❤
Oh heck no mother nature could keep those crystals 😱
Nice to see a mine video that's not shilling Sero Gordo 🙌😉
Thst was crazy. I'd never be able to go down there!! 😳🇨🇦
Thank You so much for sharing your knowledge and adventures. Feel the fear and do "it" anyway 👍😁
Wow that’s so cool 😊
@TheCrystalCollector - The look of uncertain terror on your face around 12:44 says it all: “a collapsing tunnel…whaaaattt?!?!
Roger just scampered up that raise, I'd still be climbing it 30 minutes later. 😆 Very cool mine, it was fun to follow along all passageways.
It helps that I’m a retired professional underground hard rock miner , that was my career for over 40 years . I’m in my element underground and I take nothing for granted when I’m working I’m always evaluating and re evaluating with my head on a swivel.that’s why I have managed to remain whole and healthy. Roger Red Cloud mine
I really love crystals keep up the good work
Good video, thank you!
Thanks Roger for letting us see inside.
Your welcome.
Thank you 🥰
That was very entertaining :)
Glad you made it out! Your a soldier for those rocks, my kind of guy!
Wow, your video, one word WOW!
thank godd iv been waitinggggg🎉
freaking cracking me up ... love it
Fascinating! Thank you for sharing such experience!
Glad you enjoyed it!
You’re awesome Bryan!
🙏🏾💕
😱 OMG I'm getting claustrophobic and I'm sittin' on my couch. WOW so much respect.
Wonderful mine cave adventure at a 45 degree angle lol
I really like the wulfenite in the matrix that really sparkles in the light. Since watching this channel I have really come to appreciate and see why crystals looks so much better in the matrix. Because it's 100% natural nothing artificially done to them. It's beautiful because it is natural.
omg, i was terrified for you the whole time. i would not be so brave. well done.
it makes me happy to see you going for things with a bit more color than your usual stuff :)
Wolfenite is such a pretty firey orange
That was the craziest, scariest video you’ve made that I’ve seen, and I’m pretty sure I’ve seen them all! How was the breathing down there with all the dirt/dust? How scared were you really? Truth! It looked terrifying. And, you know, everything was only a 45 degree angle. How long did that whole tour take? Well, fascinating and glad you made it back to the top! 🧡
''Tour-guy'' is cool, he explaines everything!
Whoe....reminds me of climbing through a Lava tube in Washington state. You did good Brian!
I've stood on that 270 level a long time ago! Thanks for the memory.
10:47 i don't know if this cut was on purpose but damn that was so clean, great work
That's crazy in that mine. That guy has done so much work in there, but think I would of worn a mask with all the dust. Love the orange crystals and the sparkle of droozy all over. Glad you made it out ok. Thank you Bryan
what a wild ride and adventure
OMG I would not be able to go down in there!
Amazing vids like always 👌😁👍
Keep up the good work 💪
I can see why the mine isn't open to the public yet. The cost of insurance would be outrageous. 😲
We are open to the public during our mining season for surface collecting only . We do not allow anyone to enter or collect underground at the red cloud mine . I gave Brian the opportunity to join me underground for educational purposes while I did some monthly inspections to keep track of the changing conditions and to have an idea of what needs to be addressed to maintain the environment safely for myself while I’m working down there.
Oh man, I'm kinda jealous. That would be such a cool expedition and hunt! Wulfenite is such an amazing mineral!
As much as I love rockhounding, you can keep this one! lol
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing! ☆ Jesimiel🐝Millar
😊 omg it’s so beautiful 🔮💜💎
Bryan, reminds me of my old spelunking days. 40 years ago and 50lbs less, I couldn't fit in the tunnels I crawled then these days.
. I'm a weekend geologist, enjoy your videos, retired now, might become a member and meet you guys on a dig soon.

The whole situation is like you're giving your friend a tour to the new mine you built in minecraft, beautiful.
