It broke my heart when Wei Wuxian thought he saw little A-Yuan again before realizing he wouldn't still be little. Lan Zahn probably should have told him the kid wasn't dead and that he was Lan Sizhui right away, but the reveal at the end is really cute too I guess.
This was so creative. The song and these scenes really got a new dimension. Even if one story has epic and fantastical dimension...it comes down to matters of heart that touch us the most and I just think this video shows how much that's power is there...whatever the context is
The bit where at 3:48 where you cut to Wei Wuxian letting go of Lan Wangji's hand over the cliff then cut right back to him clinging onto his wrist in present-day I'm n oT OKAY

This is so perfect. Like...I know thay maybe some part of this song don't fit perfectly for them, but you had been so good at adapting every sentence, also the most difficult one, with the scene, and it just made sense perfectly. It always gave me a deep feeling of sadness or better or...melancholy, but probably even more a feeling of rebirth and second chances. And the final smile of WWX just confirms the latter. I don't know why but videos about them with Taylor Swift's songs always have a strange (very good) effect on me. Maybe it's the sweet, nostalgic style of the song, but whatever it is it just make me smile and fills my heart with tenderness and good feeling (and increases my love for their story too❤). So thank you for bringing this to us😘
