Staz has got style, no really, he rocks some cool clothes. He's not one of those anime characters that wears the same outfit everyday.

I'd like to let everyone know that Fuyumi and Staz got together in the manga. But Staz wiped her memories when she was brought back to life but the madman went to her school so now they get to fall in love with each other all over again.

Just reread Blood Lad again after a couple of years since it finished. Still as good as I remember it to be. Staz x Fuyumi is an underrated romantic ship that was actually well developed unlike most romances in shonen/seinen.

When they had to break the love triangle by unnaturally forcing Bell with Wolf who didn't have any chemistry.

@@seynoonrae2474 did you ever think it was a badly set up love triangle as well? how wolf suddenly was attracted to fuyumi, no reason whatsover. at least staz's attraction to fuyumi even after she became a ghost was built up slowly. there wasn't any need for a triangle in the first place. the love triangle was badly set up and badly broken because it was unnecessary. i liked the love triangle at first until after that wolf stopped showing his crush on fuyumi even though he was very obvious about it the first time he and fuyumi met.
and yeah, i agree the ending was a cheap plot device, but it doesn't take away the fact that staz x fuyumi was still built up slowly and subtly, unlike many shonen romance that was initially one-sided for so long and suddenly towards the end they became a thing, no build up whatsoever.
I'm surprised this anime doesn't have a second season, a lot of people absolutely loved it, I absolutely love it, it's still getting watched to this day, it's really good, bring it back for a second season.
I read the manga of this because it looked interesting now I'm addicted to this freaking series how can something go from funny to serious in seconds!! (Man I love the Manga)

Sad that this anime ended like this. It has a potential. I hope the producers and the studio reconsider and make more episodes.

It feels weird that I recognise almost every scene in the opening even though I only read 3 volumes of the manga.
This anime needs a season 2 or a total remake. The manga has ended so i don't see the reason to not do it.

@@MBGamesProd Ummm, no. Why spout shit instead of reasearching? The producers didn't see the need to fund another season because of how badly it did in Japan. Blu- ray sales didn't even break 1k. Kadokawa and the other producers are far from broke. This is what I despise about anime fans. Why not just research what happens in the industry instead of spouting misinformation? A quick google search is literally all you need.

In the end of the manga, fuyumi returns as a human and forgets her memories, she finds a picture of her and staz together and she wonders who the guy is. When she goes to school the teacher presents a new transfer student, this student is staz, he and the teacher introduced him as staz-kun. After staz introduces himself, the teacher tells him to sit next to Yanagi (Fuyumi). Staz sits next to her and says "Nice to meet you Fuyumi" he says her first name instead of her last name and then fuyumi says "nice to meet you too, Staz-san" this most likely means that fuyumi remembered him because she called him Staz-San instead of Staz-Kun. This is something you should pay attention to since the teacher introduced him as staz kun and when she was a ghost she would always call him Staz- San.
So overall, I think fuyumi actually got her memories back!

I mean Toaru Majutsu no Index had S2 back in 2010 and S3 was released in 2018. Maybe a bit of a stretch, since Toaru was actually popular, but you never know.
